Quick backstory: I had just returned from an overseas tour in Belgium. I unfroze my phone number through Cricket and sought to reactivate all the bells and whistles until they came across an “issue”; my phone was active and online according to Cricket yet I was unable to utilize Data, text messaging or make calls.
TWO hours of dealing with the store; only for Cricket instructing me to give it a day, and call customer service to submit a ticket to higher if the problem persists so they can remedy the issue (the result of refusing any of their upsells during the 2-hr wait, I suspect).
Enter Bill and his Phone Tech services; I arrived to his business the following day, and briefed him the situation. He asks for permission to access the phone, and like a Rubik’s cube, this gentleman covers the ground of the potential problem in 10 MINUTES!! After his evaluation, He tries a couple fixes and identifies the issue/ remedy on the third attempt.
His depth of knowledge to swiftly identify the issue, considerate customer service, and professional courtesy is top-tier. I look forward to returning to his business for any future technological issues FIRST, as well as referring him to others that are getting the ‘run-around’ with their mobile carriers.
