Stater Bros. Markets — Local services in Fontana

This one if for the bakery. Ordered my pastries and cake for.my wedding. They lost my ticket and my wedding pastries never made. Ruined the entire wedding. Now I don't even have a picture of us with our wedding cake. They wanted me to.go to other stores to look for pastries and cake similar to what I had ordered. It was special order why would they have anything close to it. And i ordered here why should i look around for stuff as if i had never prepaid for an order to be soecially made. After 3 calls and personal talks they refunded what i paid. This is a reply to the owner who replied to my review: I'm glad to see that customer reviews matter. Just to make things clear my review was not directed at the Fontana location. I usually go to a different location and to be more specific the customer service issues that I was writing about are towards the deli. Been there more than once and been ignored by the employees working at the deli which also has closed earlier than there normal time. I'd give no star if there's an option! Cashiers dont know their store prices. Price for 2 rockstar drinks should come with the third one free but he charged me for all 3 with crvs! Other items that on the shelves aren't label correctly. The prices always to BS to be true. Eg: If you see label says $3, cashier will charge you $5! This store needs to get their prices straight & stop the false advertisement to get customers! It has happened to me too many times. Im not going back there & wasting my gas just to get few bucks back besides ppl got work to go to!!! Watch out when you check out, always check back your receipts before you leave!
