Defendant Beware! An officer would lie under oath. It happened to me today. Officer cockrailed pulled me over for supposedly driving faster than the speed limit. When i was pulled over, he explained to me that he pulled me over for going 85. I asked him "how did he determine my speed." He states " I calculated in my head the time it took for you to travel 300 feet and the seconds it took to pass me. However, today at court he stated that he was sitting under a bridge watching the flow of traffic using his radar and that's how he determined my speed. He more than likely went as far as to make up a fake documentation about my speed because If he REALLY used a radar to calculate my speed, than why didn't he show me this originally when i asked him how he determined my speed? He didn't show me. If he was waiting under a bridge like he says, than why does he have a ticket issued to someone 5 minutes prior to pulling me over if he was sitting and watching traffic like he told the judge under oath today? How would i know that information? He even went as far to say to the judge that i admitted to going 85 miles.. lol who on earth would ever say that? really? I didn't even sign the dam ticket. I went into court today ready to argue about distance+ time = speed. My questions all pertained to that equation because this is what he initially told me. However , we get to court and he has a different story of the encounter, so therefore he has no integrity as an officer. He lied 4 times right through his pubic stash. I was so frustrated in court I just wanted to walk out. It seemed unreal. I couldn't believe that we have an officer of the law like this protecting the great citizens of this country. An officer that would lie under oath its just crazy. I have the utmost respect for police men and woman they are some of the most bravest people on earth, and i look up to them. That is why I was so frustrated today because I never could imagine an officer making u'p a ridiculous story like this one. I served in the U.S Marine Corps where integrity is instilled within us. This officer has zero integrity. I couldn't help to feel somewhat racially profiled. He probably thought i would smell of marijuana and have no license, so he pulls me over asking for license, registration, and insurance. I have all these documentations, and i don't smell like marijuana, so the next best thing to do is for him to create a speeding ticket for me based off distance and time. No radar was shown to me until i walked into court. I decided to write this review so other people can be aware of this type of problem. Beware that this could happen to you, so you should not get angry in court because than you wont be able to convey your message correctly. Its not right. I wasn't speeding. My car has a whopping 100HP engine that can barely get up to 80 mph. How cool did this officer look when he told his friends that he pulled over a 100HP tiny vehicle for speeding. lol oh the memes. Side note: make sure whenever you get pulled over to turn on your phone recorder, so you can get everything that was said to you verbatim on file. At the end of the day , its the officers words against yours and they have the ability to create story's and fug fake documents to help their case out. I just witnessed it. As a result, we will always be guilty no matter what especially if the officer is lying. So always protect yourself, make sure to voice record everything whenever you get pulled over, it will show in the end who is lying. I guess you can tell ill be...
Read moreDoes not provide enough resources for people facing landlord/ tenant issues, they gave me a paper with 4 numbers to call and told me that they " don't give legal advice " when my only question was "what would you do and who would you talk regarding the situation, if you where in my shoes?" They said to call the numbers...one number was no longer working, the second # said they didn't do my kind of case, third number said they where out to lunch from 11 - 1:30p and the last number there was no answer....awesome, this the FULL SCOPE of all their "help" well I guess I can stop wondering why there is such a large and growing homeless population in cali & across this nation, the courts are designed for the landlords and their attorneys to win, meanwhile a regular everyday person can't even find someone to give valid, helpful and beneficial info to PREVENT unnecessary homlessness & wrongful evictions. I shouldn't be struggling to find help and/or someone who will listen and answer valid questions in a clear retaliation/ discrimination case....yet if someone asked me where they should go to get help and answers....I'd have nothing for them myself. I strongly suggest you guys update your outdated resources before you cause more pain and grief that could be avoided with the right resources or better yet just tell people the truth....you DON'T actually have helpful resources, you have 4 convenient ways of sending people elsewhere to seek help, effectively relieving yourselves of any responsibility to the public and putting it on agencies that clearly can't help, won't help or barely help. What is the end goal here....to make California livable for only the rich and to give landlords free reign to evict at will....how are we supposed to prevent injustice when the justice system is set up in favor of those violating rights and laws....don't worry I'll wait...? How did we get here as a species, this...
Read moreOn March 12, 2025, I visited the Fontana Court House (Probate Department), and I was not feeling my best. Initially, Court Clerk Arica assisted me, and her beautiful smile, accentuated by a bright pink sweater, immediately brightened my day. I needed to submit some confidential information to the court but was unsure of the process. Within a minute, I learned that I simply needed to write "confidential" before the word "declaration."
A few hours later, I returned, and Court Clerk Alex assisted me. His customer service was just as exceptional as Arica's. Both Arica and Alex demonstrated a warm and welcoming demeanor that made my experience much more pleasant. Their helpfulness, patience, and ability to create a friendly atmosphere truly lit up the room. They were attentive and made sure not to rush me, which allowed me to feel comfortable while navigating the court process. Their professionalism and dedication to serving the community are commendable and greatly appreciated.
Court Clerk DiAnna Verdugo is extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She is the best court clerk I have dealt with in many years. Hopefully, she receives the employee of the month award; she deserves it. It is amazing how she interacts with the public. This best employee in San Bernardino County.
