Fast 5 Pizza — Restaurant in Fontana

Worst experience I've ever had at any pizza place! I would never recommend this place. Ordered 2 Pepperoni 1 cheese and cheesy bread. When I arrived at home with the pizza everything was ok except the cheesy bread. It was completely cold and stail. I called to exchange the bread. I went back and a cashier by the name of Maribel was completely rude had no customer service all I wanted was a fresh bread. She had a fit and gave me a cheese pizza. I told her I didn't want a cheese pizza I ordered a cheese bread which she refused. I then called to speak with a manager Raluia she told me to to bring in the pizza today. I took the pizza in today and wow she was even worse. She called us a liar. I would never go back. Worst Fast 5. They should really get some customer service...

We used to buy for our church this pizza, when we got it, we felt embarrassed, 5 people ate pizza and got really sick. We decided to make our own for 4th of July. Went well. What happened to this company here.the pepperoni made us sick, no sauce, cheese if lucky. What happened to a real pizza. We make our own now. They don't care about how they make their pizzas, I was a pizza maker at fort Irwin, I made customers happy. We make our own pizza for church, wow, it was eaten before this place. N dumped the rest of your pizza out. Yes, left over cold...

This used to be my favorite pizza place. We would go like once a week, but the last 2 times something made my pizza taste horrible, like plastic or chemical. It wasn't every slice, just 1 or 2 and the rest were fine. I don't know what they used on those other slices, but it's happened twice now. I don't know if it's a seasoning, old ingredients, actual plastic, or a chemical, but I haven't eaten there since. It makes me so sad because they were my favorite. Please fix whatever you changed because it has ruined the pizza for me...
