This is the store where I usually do most of my major grocery shopping. Today, I just stopped in for a few things, but once again, I had a bad experience. I’ve had several negative visits at this location, usually involving the same cashiers—Tamy or Marie. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt more than once, but today was the last straw. I stood in line while Tamy, Marie, and another employee stood around chatting. They clearly saw me but made no effort to assist until a male employee motioned to them. You can check the cameras—this really happened. It feels like Stater Bros doesn’t value me as a paying customer. After giving this store multiple chances, I’ve decided to take my hard-earned money to Superior Grocery Store down the street, where the service is better and I’m treated with respect. I’m sure Corporate will be glad to know this, or maybe Store Manager David Fugate will finally do something about it. This review is based on today’s experience, but it’s far from the first time. Please please make your homemade tortilla chips from the deli MUCH LESS SALTY. You could even be more current with the times and make some with LESS SALT and some UNSALTED (like HEB in Texas).So many people do not like a pound of salt completely covering their food or chips. It's also a health issue for many. But we still want to be able to eat homemade tortilla chips.. Also, to those of you who make the homemade salsas, please be consistent with recipes

I bought a tub of the "Salsa Molcajete Roja" from the Stater Bros on 4th close to the airport and it was absolutely delicious. So I picked one up at your location, same exact labeling, and it is HORRIBLE! tastes more like a jar of Pace Picante Sauce or some other commercialized mass produced American salsa. I spent over $11 for these chips and salsa and almost can't even eat them.

In addition, why don't you have better meat selection? You either have humongous packs of meat or barely any at all. Yesterday, the only option of ground beef was enormous packs over $10. Not everyone has a family of "many" or that much room to store such big packs. Not my...

My daughter and I went in Saturday and put in an order for chicken on Sunday for 5p.m. and when I got there it wasn't ready didn't even know what I was talking about and finally found my paper work under a bunch of stuff and said it would be 15 minutes when it was done I asked for a discount and she says " Oh I gave you 16 instead of 12 "and I said no I ordered 3 things of 12 because she said the 12 count is on sale so I ordered 3 of the 12 , so she says let me see if I have enough to give you, meanwhile my daughter had went and got pizza from Little Caesars, because I thought all I would have to do is get my chicken and pay for it and leave , so my pizza is ice cold now because it's now 30 minutes later and she was 2 short but took it out on the front counter and said do you want potato salad or macaroni salad and I said no I want a discount so they finally gave me one of the 12 count for free , I love the rest of the store I shop there all of the time ,, but the Cleo and Leo better get there act together this weekend...
