Wow, this was a waste of money and a terrible customer service experience. I wanted to treat myself to some sushi, I called in for a lunch pick up, ordered 3 piece bento box and 2 piece Salmon Roe ( Ikura, under their nigiri section ). Should have been about 20 bucks for lunch, $14.50 + $5.50. Come to pick it up and they charged me $33, I asked for an itemized receipt, and they had Salmon Roll $13 on the receipt instead of Salmon Roe. I told the 2 ladies at the front, that's not what I ordered. Instead of saying they were sorry and offering to make my order right, I got an attitude from one of the women saying she asked me twice on the phone if I wanted a roll and I said yes. I told her twice on the phone that I wanted Ikura, salmon fish eggs, not a roll. The other woman said they don't even offer that (even though it's on their online menu). No apologies, nothing, they already charged me and I had to take all this food. Ok, I get home and realize they charged me $16.50 for lunch box instead of $14.50. And the only fresh tasting item was a salad from my bento box. Most of the teriyaki chicken was so dry and old, I couldn't even chew it. Salmon on that salmon roll had a fishy taste and was very mushy, and the whole roll kept falling apart. Definitely not coming here again! $33 for lunch that ended up in the trash because of the poor...

As kind as the staff were, I would not recommend or come back to this location. I ordered 4 different types of rolls and the sashimi platter. First impression with the sashimi is that it wasn't as fresh as it could be, and some of the pieces had a fishy smell. A few of the pieces were chewy, including the albacore which I had to spit out because it wouldn't break down. The other notable factor was the rice that was given under the sashimi. It was not fresh or soft, and some were on the crunchy side. I'm unsure how often they make their rice or if they use old rice from days before, and I understand rice won't always be fresh out of the pot, but I couldn't finish the rice with the sashimi platter. As for the rolls, they were below average. The prices were a lot lower than other sushi spots but the rolls were not impressionable. If you don't really care about high quality fish or rolls, then it's a good spot to go to. When I first got into sushi back in high school, I thought the Ralph's sushi set was amazing, and this quality of sushi is on the same level as grocery store sushi. It's good for those who don't have an acquired taste for sushi. On the plus side, the staff and Miguel's sauce...

Hello i came with a group of 3 people. not super hungry just wanting to introduce it to one of our friends. We get served by someone named Gerardo and i ask him about the All you can eat . And he tells us basically if we get one All you can eat we can all order together. So with that we all believed okay that’s not bad at all. So we’re having a good time introducing it to our friends and they’re not the biggest fans but we didn’t mind because we got the all we can eat and we’re going to split it within us. So you can see that we’re not taking advantage we only order 5 plates in total . And then we finished they didn’t like it so they didn’t order. then comes the bill and it comes out to $113.00 and we’re all in shock. He charged us each our own all we can eat. So i asked him that he didn’t tell us that, and i just felt uncomfortable because it was supposed to be a little trip and we come out with a huge bill like this. He didn’t try to help us in any way and I want a refund or atleast what he told us because he didn’t specify it correctly. Please help us we can be a in financial situation and this can affect others that are new to...

My son introduced me to this establishment because he loves Sushi. The place is always packed with people or gets packed. Parking is good. Options for eating are really good, and I always want to try more from their Sushi menu but have only had the Eel and it is delicious. Servers and service can sometimes be slow or non-existent, but I usually look past that because the food is great. I usually order the Beef Noodles or Fried Rice, and the Shrimp Fried Rice. The food always comes out hot and really tasty. I also love that besides the beer they offer, they also have a selection of cocktails to choose from. I highly recommend this place because the quality of the food is consistently good. Enjoy.

Compared to other sushi options, nothing here was like whoa! We were in Hawaii and a guy told my husband about this place, so he was super excited to try it out. It wasn’t awful, but on a good day, some grocery store sushi could better and cheaper. We got there about 5pm on a Tuesday and were seated right away. The kids menu is small, but our kids love yakisoba, so it was easy for them to decide. My husband and I both got all you can eat and ordered all our rolls at once. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Our servers were very tentative and polite. I’m glad we tried it, but we would prefer other sushi options and won’t be back.
