I bought a used dryer for over $300.00 with a 30 day warrenty, well on day 27 the dryer quit working. Not a big problem right, called and explained the problem and was told no problem they would be out to fix it. The next day the owner came to my house and refused to come into my driveway because of ice. Mind you, he was VERY rude and disrespectfull to me because of where I live, in the country. I offered to pay him for his time and gas!! Took the dryer, by trailer, to his shop, because it was laid down he voided the warrenty and refused to work on it. Once again he was yelling for no reason. I told him ok please just fix it and I will pay for it, he refused to even work on it for pay, then threatened me. This business is a joke and everyone beware of it, they are not reliable nor trustworthy. The owner should be ashamed of himself and I will do everything I can to put the word out...

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Flanders saved us during the winter when the heat stopped working, so we had them put in a new furnace and AC unit for us in the spring. My Maytag washer that I bought during COVID was not working. I contacted Maytag who put me in touch with Flanders. They came out the next day to diagnose the issue! Unfortunately, the washer was out of warranty and the cost to replace the parts was more than the washer was worth. I purchased a new washer from Flanders and it was delivered the following day. Old washer removed. All of the service men were so kind and cautious during the process. DEFINATELY recommend this family owned business. NO big box...
