I would NOT ever use their pharmacy or shop in their store. Their advertising that they care and it's all about "heart, mind, and body" is a lie. I recently called to have ALL my prescriptions transferred due to closing of certain pharmacies. Not only were they rude and uninformative I was hung up on. When I called back the male that answered wasn't any better. They were very unprofessional, unpleasant, down right rude and frankly that is probably why they can't get people to work there. I understand you are understaffed and probably overworked but your dealing with sick people who are stressed also and frankly it's your job, your in the health industry so you would think there would be some type of compassion but no. So Klingensmiths has more than one person doing a terrible job and you really need to do better, not just for the community but for your business. Read moreI have been with Klingensmiths in Ford City since I was a teenager. I’m in my 50’s now and just transferred all of my prescriptions today to another pharmacy. After a few months of not getting my prescriptions on time and getting told it was a staffing issue for those months and my prescriptions being late 10 days I just can’t take the chance of not having my prescriptions on time anymore. The staff that has been there forever is great and they did try to remedy the situation but the turnover of new staff and the lack of their work ethic is not safe for us who need to be consistent with medications.
