I have never had a bad haircut until yesterday and I have always gone to value salons. I will no longer do that. My hair is super easy to trim. The lady who cut my hair did not cut it even in the back and she did not show me the back before I Ieft. My hair looks very choppy along the bottom and again it's not even. There are sections that are longer towards the front of my head instead of it being even or going the opposite direction like all normal cuts do. When she cut my long layers in the front she just took 1 second to do it and it looked very bad. She asked me if it looked good and I had to ask her to fix it multiple times because she didn't seem to notice how uneven it was. I would never go back and never recommend this place.

I was thrown off my game because this hairdresser made no small talk and did not explain to me why she asked me to stand up. She started cutting my hair in the chair and then asked me to stand. I thought it was just going to be for a second. She finished my entire haircut except for the front long layers with me standing. I don't know if her chair wasn't working or if her back hurt, but she made absolutely no explanation. I should have asked, but I'm not confrontational and I didn't want to...

I was very disappointed today I normally don't complain but this was ridiculous I came in for a simple shampoo. The lady called me back to the wash station she never put a cape on me. The towel that she used while washing my hair and dried my hair with she drapped right back across my back! I was soaking Wet!!! I told her I didn't want to go underneath the bowl dryer she said can u sit under it for five minutes I said OK. After about 8 minutes she walked by and told me to lift my dryer she had started on another client. I was still had this wet towel on my back. After about 7 more minutes she called me up to her station and she finally put a cape on me and began to blow dry my hair. When she was done we walked up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager! I told her my shirt was soaking wet so instead of apologizing she directed me back to her station and she blow dried the back of my shirt for almost five minutes I was humiliated. Never will go back to this location! And I still paid. I had somewhere else to go after I left but I had to come home to change my wet...

If you have hair stylists training you need to state that! They absolutely wrecked my hair. Went in for a trim and face frame with hair half way down my back and walked out in tears with hair almost to my shoulders. Completely chopped up. Some parts are so short I can even put it in a ponytail. I immediately had to go spend another $60 at another stylist to try and salvage it. My hair was my everything and it's completely destroyed. DO NOT GO HERE if you need anything more then a military cut. WHY WOULD YOU NOT WARN PEOPLE YOU HAVE STYLIST TRAINING!?! If I wanted to be a hair dummy I would have went to a school. I can't express enough how completely mortified I am. I can't stop crying and can't even look...
