Michaelis Mattress — Local services in Forest Acres

Did business here a few months ago. Went by here and looked at selection. Went to Mattress Firm and Ashley Furniture outlet and looked around. Mattress Firm and Ashley both tries to use price adjustment and sale pressures. I'm old school and smart. Came back to Michalis and purchased a new mattress and power base. Sales experience was outstanding. No pressure. No price gimmicks. Very straight forward. Very satisfied with this super comfortable bed. Delivery associates were very polite and professional. Don't waste time anywhere else. Oh, and by the way. The prices were the best here anyway. Kudos...

5 star experience! I needed a new mattress after sleeping on a brick for over 10 years. Mr. Robert was super awesome and super patient. Told him what I was looking for and he pointed out the mattresses. Ended up snagging a box spring and then my granny snagged her a mattress while we were there. We ended up going back to the store because she needed a new box spring and that was super easy. I spoke with another gentleman over the phone about the box springs, but didn't catch his name, he was also very pleasant. Delivery guys are also super nice and patient, too!!! 5 star experience...

For Christmas, I wanted to help my parents get a new mattress so I traveled up from Charleston to meet them and let them try some out. We tried a few different stores but we were not happy with the pushy nature of most of the sales people we encountered. We finally landed at Michaelis and worked with Robert. Huge difference. He made it all very simple and got us set up for delivery much quicker than expected. From the sales process to the delivery, we were extremely pleased. I will be in need of a new mattress soon and I wish there was a Michaelis...
