Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Forest Grove

Quality of food has changed. Manager Gave me a credit for a replacement on future order when a delivery was black crust and pepperoni was paper thin and cooked to a cinder crisp. About 3 months later I used credit for a delivered pizza. The taste very bad, toppings almost non existent, the worst pizza I have ever had. This was a change, I have always thought Papa Johns in Forest Grove was excellent and my go to pizza whenever I ordered pizza. Service remains excellent but quality of food very poor and I will have to find another pizza. I had ordered my food around 5pm for pick up at 7:15 due to having a appointment from 5pm-7pm on 11/21/23. I checked my order online at 7pm to see if it was ready, my order stated it was ready at 5:15pm and and I realzied that my pickup time wasnt added when I paid.

When I arrived at the pizza shop I explained the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.I was then told to not worry about it and they'd make it fresh for me (without me even asking!).

I HATE COLD PIZZA. My wife ordered two pizzas through the app. When the app said the order was done, it then said DoorDash was picking it up for delivery. A little bit after the expected delivery time we were checked the app again and it said the pizzas were delivered. We don’t use door dash so I’m not sure if it’s normal for them not to knock on the door but every other time we have gotten pizza from papa Johns they knocked.
