I don't think that customer service could get any worse at this location. Tonight at the drive through they said they would be 5min on the chicken sandwich and asked if I wanted to pull around and wait or change my order. I sat in my car 15min later and they still did not have my order ready so I asked to cancel the order. They said it was almost done. 5min later they finally had it done. You would think with over 20min they could get the order right. The chicken sandwich was bread and meat... The chicken tenders were cold and the dipping sauce was wrong. The last few visits they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich about 50% of the time. Don't get me wrong... I love popeyes! I have been going for over 20 years now and have been to a few locations outside the US. This is hands down the worst location i have been. I think I am done with this location...
-- Second review Okay so I have to revise my review... The food is fine and what I expect from here. They are much faster than when they first opened which is good but be ready for your order to be wrong. I have been inside 4-5 times and through the drive though just as many times. Not once has my order been right... They love to switch spicy and classic and they love to give you chicken pieces on place of tinders. I don't know why they even ask you what dipping sauces you want because they are either going to leave it out or give you something else. Tonight the person at the register plugged it in wrong and read it back right but when the food came out it was wrong. She then argued with me when I went back to ask about it. The manager stepped in and made it right. CHECK YOUR ORDER!
-- Original Review We went day two so it was expected things weren't not quite right yet. We walked in around 1pm and were first in line. Sure the drive through was backed up but that's to be expected when a place first opens.
The employees were working super hard and fast. Our order was out quick! Now you might ask why only 4 stars? The order was totally wrong :). We asked for mild tenders and got spicy chicken... But the food was still good, fast, and staff was nice. I am sure they will get things figured out...
Read moreLet me begin by saying I love popeyes chicken and when this new location opened I decided to stop since it was on my way home. The drive thru was not too busy so thought to myself " this should be a fairly quivk stop.....how i was wrong. I ordered an 8 piece family meal a 5 piece chicken tender and a 3 piece wing meal with three drinks. I ask for dirty rice and an order of fries also.
After ordering it took a little bit to reach the window, the young lady read back my order and everything was correct. I was given my receipt and wentvto the next window to pick up tje food. I was asked at the window if i had my receipt I then handed it to young man.
Everything went down from here. I was told they were waiting on the legs to be cooked and that it would only be a few minutes and would I mind waiting. A few minutes turned into 10 then i was asked if I would pull around front and tbey will bring me the order.
I parked and waited and another 20-25 minutes later someone came with my order. I asked if they could wait while I credit it & I was told it was all there.....well it wasn't. There was no rice or fries and the wings looked as if they were cooked too long.
Not wantingbto spend anymore time there i left. Now... I know this location just opend, but it seemed to me they rushed to open and i would bet that the training was rushed. All i saw were highscool aged kids and not one older adult around except for the customers.
I'd say give it anither month or so to work out the kinks and hopefully...
Read moreWould leave -1 star if I could. I'm actually baffled at the lack of professionalism here. It's run by mainly teenagers who are clearly not experienced andend up having to suffer because of lack of management. I arrived after ordering online 15 minutes prior. I was told at the drive through when I got there that it would be a 15 minute wait. I'm already annoyed at this point because I already waited 15 minutes after ordering to show up in the first place. So it's now 30 minutes after ordering and I'm parked in the parking lot. There are 3 other cars waiting for food (note that nobody took note of what vehicles the orders belonged to). Then began a 10-15 minute disorganized mess of 3 SPERATE girls coming in and out to figure out which order belonged to who with no luck for my order. They came up to my car 3 times and asked what the order was and I told them each time. After waiting 1 HOUR from when I ordered my food, manager comes out and basically says yeah sorry we lost your order, you can either get something else or wait 5 minutes. I didn't want to wait any longer so I asked for a refund. I did dispute it with the app and still not haven't heard back from them. It's been 2 days. Out over 30 bucks and never got my food and wasted my time. Not to mention the girls working were extremely unprofessional laughing and vaping right in front of us way closer than 10 feet as is instructed on the signs.This place is actually a joke, management should be...
