Purchased tires Sunday. Reason for a low rating: I was stranded, absolutely had to have tires since I had 2 blow outs on the way back into town. They suggested at 6:20p that I come back the next day since they had another job in front of me. I told them that was impossible, so they said they would work with me, which was nice of them. They did the job and although somewhat unprofessional as they seemed to poke fun at how they were mistreated for having to work past 7pm (even though it was still before 7pm), they were all fairly cordial, nice people. The big reason for a low rating is this. Not 3 miles from leaving their facility, my brand new tires were going flat very quickly. We stopped to air them up thinking they just forgot to fill them up all the way. I drove home in that condition and the next morning, the exact same result. Both installed tires were completely flat. How could it be possible that a professional tire shop would allow you to leave in such dangerous condition? I spent upwards of $500 on 3 Chinese tires from them. Granted their not the highest quality, but I certainly expected more life than 2 miles down the street.

Bottom line: I actually really liked the folks working here, which is why they didn't get 1 star. However, I couldn't in my right mind shop there again since the quality of work carelessly put my wife and I in yet another horrible circumstance....

The products that this establishment offers are not the issue. It's the female "customer service representative" that works the counter. No type of social skills. Horrible attitude. Unwilling to provide a decent response for an answer. I've frequented this establishment on more than one occasion and it's the same female handling customers in a tragic manner. An elderly man came into your business today, he was on a walker. Not once did the female that works the front desk look up from her phone. The gentleman shifted a few times on his walker and continued to wait to be acknowledged and assisted but that never occurred. He eventually walked out and I observed another gentlemen outside recommend he go to an alternative tire shop. If your employees don't want to be there to assist the customers in a pleasant manner, they should not be the first face or voice your customers encounter because she is a MAJOR deterrent. It is free to put a smile on your face and speak with others in a civilized manner. I've also witnessed her phone etiquette, receiving it and being in the store when she answered...

This has been the worst experience dealing with this tire shop I took my rim to be fixed multiple times and it seems that it was never fixed correctly. I took it back this last time and they said give them until to Tuesday...Tuesday came and still no rim...It has been a month since I’ve seen my rim and they can never find it when I go up there. I have looked for my tire and they have looked and still nothing. They give me the run around every time I go up there to check if they have found it. Either they tell me to give them a couple of days or to come back. Well, needless to say a couple of days and no rim, a month now and still no rim. Then they had the nerve to ask if I was sure that I hadn’t came to pick it up...lol...They told me that they ordered another one but they can’t produce anything showing that it’s been ordered and told me to come back tomorrow. Everyone that works there are very unprofessional. The heavy girl that works the counter is very rude and talks crazy to the customers. Customer Service...
