The food is normally delicious here and I can appreciate the freshness, but I wasn’t pleased with my order today. I ordered a single patty Mexican burger with bacon and grilled onions because I seen that someone posted a burger this way and it looked amazing! Once I received the burger (failing to look at my receipt), it was double meat, no bacon or grilled onions.. everything was on the side and I was not pleased because I was expecting the picture!! So, I asked the cashier about the picture and they said they don’t make it like that, but this was a picture from this location!? Okay. I politely snatched those huge white onion slices off my burger and poured my own bacon bits and grilled onions on it. It was good, but this wasn’t my first time having issues here. Again, the food is good, but following someone’s requests would truly be ideal, especially when they’re spending their money because this place...

I absolutely love the food and the service here. The chicken tortilla soup alone got me through last winter. And the tacos al pastor are what makes life worth living.

I’ve ordered the same soup at other locations and this one just does something different.

There’s a lovely young lady there, Alejandra I believe, who is so sweet (and patient with this indecisive old lady!).

When I order delivery to my job, it always arrives hot and well-packed. Rarely any spills. My order is also reliably correct! A huge plus.

I have had several of the menu items and they are all tasty. It’s not “fast food”, it’s good food, relatively fast, so don’t be impatient, it’s worth a little extra time for fresh, healthy food.

I saw them pull an entire chicken out of the fridge and then I was told by some seemingly drunk or maybe just genuinely kind of strange slurring cashier, after she consulted 3 or 4 people hovering over said chicken, that they didn't have any chicken right now, assuming this was because they didn't want to serve us. It's so strange how the people that work here only like to serve a certain type of people.

And no, we were not rude, and this was at 4 pm. They asked us to pull up to order and then told us. Almost like they were waiting to see what we looked like to see if they would serve us. Disgusting, low brow behavior. I'm going to call corporate and see if they can stay doing something about...
