I simply ordered a bottled water and a small coffee. The cashier gave us a price which we considered lower that what we expected so we asked her to repeat it. She repeated the same price and we drove to the window. She took our money and handed out of the window a cup of water and the cup of coffee. When she returned the change we told her we wanted a bottled water and she stated there was water in the cup. I was a bit perplexed and let her know I requested a bottle of water. She informed that it cost xxx amount of dollars. I was well aware of the cost since it was listed on the menu board. We gave her back the cup of water and she charged us for the bottle of water and we paid. She then handed us the bottle of water and we attempted to return the cup of water to her. She told us we could keep it but we didn't want to due to the fact that we only have 2 cup holders in the car. Read moreI had a White Castle coupon to allow me to buy a combo on the menu from numbers 1-6. So I ordered 2 fish combos which came to $6.09. When I got to the drive thru window the server told me she had to see the printed coupon. I told her as long as I've used White Castle coupons all we had to do was show the coupon on our smart phone, and they would get all the information from there. In fact when we made our order she asked what the coupon number was, and we gave her the information she asked for. When we got to the window the manager appeared to make the adjustment on the register for the discounted price. When the order was ready I gave her a$20 bill, she gave me the change charging me for the full order. I took the order, and pulled to the other side of the lot to give a closer inspection of the coupon. No Where did it say the coupon had to be printed on paper. Read moreI don't like giving places 1 star, but tonight While the service was quick enough the guys were working their hats off, it took me over 8-13 to get two small fries. They were focused to get the drive thur taken care of (which is were my order was placed). And I only came back in because my daughter did not get her 4 wc burgers. By the time it was said and done I thought the manager would give me a fresh meal, No Sir! I honestly can't say anything about the employees. They were following the Managers lead. So no help at all until I brought my whole meal back in. Still took 5 or more minutes to get her to approach me still and when she did, there was no im sorry or anything. And I know and seen the signs about were short of workers so let's not go there. But I was there from 8:33 pm until 9:05 + pm to be exact. I don't mind waiting for my food but.... I want it hot.
