So my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 needed new glass and LCD screen repair cause I cracked it pretty good. The man (forgot his name) who replace the glass and LCD screen was a really nice guy told me the price I gave him $180 to order the part and repair. Came in after a day or two and he replaced the screen & glass for me it looked like new I was happy. When I got home to charge it I put it on my wireless charger. I noticed it would do ghost touching, the brightness would change a lot and I think my audio even got messed up some how. I took it back he had me give him like $30 more dollars totalling $210 to order another screen. Long story short, I went back multiple times for him to fix this and he couldn't figure it out or give me my refund even though I was within 30 days. I asked for the manager he conviently was out of town and couldn't give me his number to call.
