Mi Tierra Supermarket Springdale — Local services in Springdale

Authentic Mexican food. Great selection of Mexican products. Be careful when paying with a credit card. This month, I visited the restaurant with my husband twice. Each visit, I spent $21.99 and left $5 tip at the table. I paid with credit card and when I check the back account few days later I noticed that the amount withdrawn was $31 instead of the $21.99. I returned to the store, and apparently the waiter or casher added an additional $9 to the bill after I signed it. My writing did not match what the store receipt showed. I received my $18 back , but I just want to share my experience.

This is the only place i go ,if I want to eat mexican food, or groceries shopping. They have all I need.. great customer service, ( restaurant staff)friendly staff,(restaurant staff)clean environment, good tasty food, you can always see how they cook your order.. The only issues I have a little is their groceries office people customer service. They don't know how to handle the issue when I was a having a problem with my missing items..but thanks to the store manager for fixing it for me with out attitude. Other than that I will keep going back because I love...

I didn't shop at the Supermarket, but I did stop in the restaurant attached to the Supermarket with my family for dinner. This is a place I would never return, and I told my friends and family to never go. First, not friendly at all and they just staired at us, and Second.. terrible terrible hygen. They were going outside to smoke and just coming back in... walking past the sink and handling food. Then I saw the lady stick her finger up her nose and never ever washed those hands. We just got up, all 9 of us....and walked out. DO NOT GO HERE ......
