This is hard to put up but I was pretty much lied to and scammed by these people. Sad thing is that this was my very 1st order with them online. I spent $57 for curio products I though would get to me within a few weeks. I called 10 days after my order was placed and got the run around about 3x's as to why they had not shipped out my order yet.
I did NOT ever get my order and eventually after 2 months of calling and asking and getting excuses like it is "stuck in shipping" .. they simply just refunded my $57 back onto my card with no I'm sorry or anything. weird. Thank goodness for the refund and now I can go elsewhere to get the items I need.
After reading reviews from others on Yelp.. I figured I was in this group of people that just got crappy service and hate from a company I have not dealt with prior. It made it seem like my experience was NOT a fluke but the norm for online ordering.
I needed supplies for a spell and I should not have had to wait any longer than 10 days considering the day and age we live in.. I suggest if ordering online to pass on this shop. They have some major problems with ordering and full-filling orders online. Most people complain it takes FOREVER to get their curio products..or that the people that answer the phone are just simply rude.
Just pass.. you can find easier to deal with curio shops out there with better reviews on customer service and product quality as well as staff that truly cares about their business and customers/clients.

Read moreWe had such an awful experience, we will not be going back. We trekked out to the shop knowing that by the time we finally found it and got inside, we would only have 20 minutes to browse. It was worth it to us, because we knew exactly what we wanted to look for, and that gave us plenty of time to browse and see what else they had. When we arrived, the property was a lovely, fun, whimsical place, but it was difficult to understand the arrangement of buildings, and there were about 7 cars packed in the driveway and few parking spaces, and there was no way to turn around. We had to back down the narrow driveway and into the street in order to exit. We couldn't find the store itself, so I called to find out how to find it. Immediately, the woman on the phone told me that we only had three minutes before the cash register was closed (this was at 4:40 pm, and they close at 5). We hurried into the store, where a man greeted us and told us that they closed in 15 minutes. We were relieved to realize that we did have a few minutes to look around after all. But not two minutes later, yet another person came and told us that the cash register was about to close, because they want to walk out the door at 5, not just close the shop. So, in reality, they are not open for business until 5 pm, and what should have been 20 minutes to enjoy this seemingly amazing find tucked away in a grove of magick turned into five minutes of being repeatedly shoved out the door by the staff. Read moreThese are the rudest people I have ever spoken to. It took over a month for them to provide me with a tracking number for my order which is ridiculous and it still hasn't shipped. I reached out multiple times and was consistently told a few more days. When I said I wanted to cancel it magically had a tracking number and the person I spoke with was rude and told me I was inpatient and that they aren't machines. I wouldn't consider someone a machine to get an order out in a reasonable timeframe. That is common sense. Over one month isn't reasonable. That is purely ridiculous. I ordered on November 9th and a label was created on December 11th. It hasn't even shipped yet! Insane. These people shouldn't have a business if they are going to be rude and disrespectful...
