Alex is awesome! I was traveling from California to Kentucky and blew my transmission a quarter mile from his shop pulling my camper. Luckily there was a storage facility another quarter mile away. I parked camper and he diagnosed it. I ordered a transmission and had it delivered to him. He went to storage facility and picked up my vehicle and changed out transmission. He kept me completely informed throughout the process. The cost was very reasonable. He filled out all of the warranty papers for me and returned the core to factory, all in a very timely manner. Five months later and 6,000 miles the new transmission went out again.🫤 due to his meticulous notes and proper installation along with all receipts the factory had no choice but to send me a replacement transmission.
