I came to your service center to purchase and install an air suspension bag. After the purchase, I noticed that the part I was given was of Chinese origin, from a cheap brand. I politely returned to the counter and requested a refund to my bank account.
The employee at the counter (an overweight woman, blonde, with shoulder-length hair; when facing the counter, she was seated at the first chair on the right) started speaking to me in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. She refused to process the refund, demanded that I not address her as “ma’am,” and openly took advantage of the fact that my English is not perfect, speaking to me in a humiliating and condescending way.
I consider such behavior unacceptable and incompatible with working with customers. I would like to emphasize that all other staff — the mechanics, the manager, and the other employees in the hall — were professional and respectful. The problem lies solely in the conduct of this particular front-desk employee.
I request that you conduct an internal investigation of this incident (including reviewing the cameras and questioning the witnesses) and take strict disciplinary action up to and including termination. Read moreDec 31st, 2022 SHAMELESS and completely IGNORANT mechanic. I stopped to fuel here and noticed a trailer tire is low on air, checked. It was really low. Luckily there were no trucks and the repair shop took me in immediately. Unfortunately I got out of my luck as soon pulled in front of the gate. The mechanic looked irritated and screamed that it’s illegal to drive with that low pressure. DAH… Thanks pal, that’s why I actually came to your shop. Was it not obvious ? Then he (without checking anything !!! )points on a small cut and says that the tire is NOT REPAIRABLE !!! Are you DUCKING kidding me ?! The cut is too close to the side wall ? He HAS REFUSED to take it off and dismount the tire unless I’m willing to buy a new one. I agreed cause I knew this cut was not a problem, I was hoping we might find the actual problem. But there was nothing I may do to make this guy cooperative. He was just really rude and did not even try to hide his frustration. IF YOU DON’T WANNA WORK ON NEW YEARS EVE ( actually 4 pm local time ) DO NOT COME, FIND ANOTHER JOB !!! I will never ever stop here for fuel or repair ! P. S. Read moreThis used to be one of the better TA Travel Centers, my co-driver and I would go out of our way to come here, or stay at the hotel next door so we could eat at the County Pride. Unfortunately the County Pride has been shut down pretty much since covid. Taco Bell and Pizza hut have been closed since October. Which leaves your options for food at only Popeyes. Which only operates at regular business hours. So if you wake up early, or arrive too late, you're stuck with whatever is on the shelf in the store, or you eat what you have in your truck. Half the parking lot is pay to park, which is up to almost $20 for the night, and for what amenities? They spent a ton of money to remodel, just to leave the restaurant closed, parking lot unrepaired and food nearly inaccessible.
