Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Foristell

The place was filthy, there were 4 males at the register talking and chatting and didn’t even greet us as we stood ready to order, finally we got a “you ready?” And the younger boy didn’t look at us and make eye contact or even kindly speak to us the entire interaction, no upselling of items, asking if we wanted meals or even what sides we wanted… by the time our order was ready, just set on the counter our fries weren’t in the bag and they were all just hanging out talking and chit chatting…. After literally having to say “hey why don’t we worry about your conversations. Later, and just serve our food” he slung the fries onto the counter and said “you can probably go ahead and leave now it took 3 minutes for your fries…” EXCUSE ME, but how about apologizing for the wait, hosting a clean dining area, even acknowledging your customers presence in the establishment, at all. I would never recommend anyone to go here and would happily pay my money to patronize anywhere but here. The staff in Taco Bell had tables wiped, things stocked, apologized for the shitty behavior of the teenagers & were providing above and beyond customer service to their guests. This place went down hill FAST. A few months ago they were a good place to get some chicken, now I’m never eating there again.

Im pretty sure they gave me the bottom of the barrel, been sitting there under the fresh chicken all day, stuff. It was rubbery, super greasy, lukewarm and overall disgusting.

After gnawing my way through just one of the 5 chicken strips I paid $16 for, I've been that kinda sick that would make white castle and taco bell look good.

Aside from the food being inedible unless I wanna spend the entire day in the bathroom, the place was incredibly dirty. There was one employee that seemed to do their job well while the others looked like they were rolling around in the grease, yelling profanities and obviously not cleaning.

Update: went back to try this place again when google says they’re supposed to be open and the doors were shut up tight. Thanks for wasting my...

Worst management at any location I have ever seen. Walked up to the counter at 11:05, was told "We are open, but not taking orders until we finish cleaning". 45 minutes later, we are still waiting, while the ladies sulk around and act as if we are invisible. I have watched 9 more customers arrive but leave bcz they are not ready to begin taking orders. Ridiculous. Why not bring your people in early if this type of attention is needed, instead of opening, but not opening? Absolutely will never use this location again. Incompetent. I do not like to leave bad reviews anywhere, but this is ridiculous. The employees did what they could, but the lady manager was unfriendly and unhelpful.
