I just had a HORRIBLE experience with this location. My truck had the issue Air filter leak. They gave me the estimation of around $150, so I told them to proceed with changing air filter. They smashed the air filter so badly that it stuck in there. Later on they told me that they had to replace the whole system. When I told them the system was fine I just needed to replace the air filter. They came with some âmechanics tactics using to put blame on othersâ one of their mechanics told me that the air filter hasnât been changed for a very long and it has to be replaced every six months. I called the owner and asked him when did he changed the air filter and he told me 5 months ago. When I told the mechanic, he told me âI donât believe you â. When I told them that the whole system was fine and I donât need to change it, the lady behind the computer told me that Iâll not change you $70 for diagnosing and you have to go to another place and get it fixed there. I told them I canât leave without getting it fixed because they smashed the air filter so badly and thatâs the reason it stuck so bad. They lady behind the computer went to talk to her manager and came up again with stupid âsome mechanic tacticsâ and told me that they broke their expensive tool while working on the air filter, just to make me feel scared and walk away. Since I was left with no choice but to get the whole system replaced I have asked them, how much would it cost me to get it replaced? She told me that their system is down, it will take 5 minutes to get the system back to work and then they will tell me that how much would it costs. I told them Iâll be in my truck, just let me know once it starts working again. I waited almost an hour they didnât inform me. Then I had to go inside again just to check in if the system is back. Actually it was back long time ago they just wanted to ignore me. I wouldnât recommend this place for anyone and Iâll never ever come back to this location again for any service. The management is horrible, rude, and disrespectful. From $150 to change only the filter it cost me $910 to get...

Okay, hear me out.
This happened today,
Iâm headed west on 70 with the sun in my face and I stop here for a quick âbathroom breakâ I walk off the bus, yes Iâm a bus, deal with it. And Iâm strolling the parking lot to the entrance of the TA. In the parking lot sits a classic Ford pick up truck with an almost iconic paint profile. I had to snap a pic for the Gram.
I walk in and almost feel a sense of nostalgia as I see throughout the store a very clean yet throwback feel to a roadside stop. Before I make my way to the Non-perishables. I decide now would be a good time to take a chance, and use the facilities, walking inside, I instantly know this was a good stop. Clean, no smell small but serviceable for a tall man like myself. I see stall 1 is open just past the urinals to the right. I sit down noticing another pair of feet to the stall next to me. I knew I had some turtles already honking for clearance and knew that it might get interesting. Little did I know that would be the least interesting thing that would happen, as I speak with a voice of courage, â we all just gotta let âer goâ and let âer go, I did. I noticed it was taking a few moments and we both werenât finishing up anytime soon, so I decided to play some music on my phone. Thatâs when I played Alan Jacksonâs tall, tall trees, and halfway through the song, suddenly, I hear the gentleman sitting next to me in the other stall, playing the song nearly at the same time as me almost like we were listening to the same song at the same time. Have I jumped through a weird time warp, am I actually also over in the other stall, Nope. I finished first, wiped three times, washed thoroughly and got my snacks and shuttled out the door, back to the bus. Yes a Bus. I know you donât believe that, but believe this. I felt magic that day. Real human magic. If your reading this and you were in that stall and we both played Alan Jackson on our phone in the bathroom. Message me we should be friend, no...
Read moreJust want to start by saying my Dad didn't want me to post this, but I am appalled by the level of treatment I just watched happen to my father. I honestly wish I had it on video đ The manager said we could talk to the GM later, but my Dad never reports on people. Honestly I would love to talk with the GM, so if you see this please reply. Thank you in advance.
So my dad asks normal questions people would ask, the whole time being met with the worst tone of voice like this guy is pissed at us or the whole world. Then says if your going to be rude to me ill be rude back, after my Dad grabs the receipt.... when the employee was being rude the whole time.... (which my dad wasn't even really being rude, I can tell you my Dad definitely didn't say anthing rude, just asked questions. I have seen rude customes.) I can tell you him grabbing the receipt like that was not meant to be rude that was him trying to hold in his words to call them immediately on their tone of voice and disrespect. We have over 500 clients and over 50 employees and have been in business for 25 years, so customer service is very important to us. He hates when someone is rude, and will call people on it.
I have never seen someone treated this way. Which is saying something as we go to hundreds of gas stations a year, considering again we have clients nationwide... and Australia (quick lil brag đ about Australia)
(How I would immediately handle this would be to apologize to the customer for the inconvenience upon entering about the card reader not working. Then proceed to ask how much on the gas pump. Then when the customer asks about paper and what not, respond in a kind manner. When the receipt is printed apologize again and thank the customer. If a receipt is ever pulled from my hand which happens sometimes, I don't say anything as it is unnecessary. But if you start with kindness then the likely hood of that happening...
