Good products, but once you purchase from their site it is an agreement they can use your data and search history for marketing purposes if you use chrome, have a pixel phone or any Google product. They will email you after using your search history and fill up your inbox with marketing emails about related to what they saw you looking up. Massive invasion of privacy. I understand other companies do this, but they put it in ads instead of emailing me directly right after I googled it!! It's like someone was looking right over my shoulder. Knowing they can see and use anything I've searched and contact me about it is concerning. I reached out and they said it was a because I purchased a product 4 years prior when they were under a different name.

I gave 2 stars because I do like some of the products and still use them, but I will never purchase from them again. Even in the owners response to my email there was no apology.

Response: You have edited your response several times I wish we could have just discussed this in email your responding more here and with more understanding now that everyone can see it than what you showed in the email. Had you responded like this I wouldn't have written the review. I don't appreciate that because I was a customer in the past you saved my info and when you started using "mail chimp" as you call it you automatically used my email for your mailing service which took my info and data from my searches to sell me YOUR products and spam my email with them. But I stand by my review that I enjoy the products just not the poor customer service I received, the invasive mailing service I didn't sign up for or the medical problems I'm looking up sudden being being blasted to my email with products to fix them by your brand, or you arguing with me and being so rude in the emails because in your own words you didn't know how the mailing service worked. Being a small business you could have taken the time to make a nicer response in private instead of waiting to use that charm when the review is made...

Q: Do you need Zi Zai in your life and will Diana's products truly help your skin limitations?

A: YES! And YES!

Imagine what it would feel like to feel FREE from limitations ... those skin conditions that bring so much sadness/embarrassment/physical pain/emotional heaviness. Being one who has dealt with acne, dermatitis, and rosacea I completely understand what it feels like to need HOPE and RESULTS.

Diana gives way more than a damn about her customers and the Chinese herbs she uses to make her Zi Zai products. She takes the time to answer your questions, address your concerns, and give recommendations on what to specifically use. She's lovely and brilliant! It's good for the heart when you come across people who genuinely care so deeply.

Be sure to check out all of the lovely Facebook and YouTube videos that she puts out there, because not only do you feel like you get to know her, but you also feel more confident in how to use the product. (Oh! The jade roller and gua sha + her products are a must! I have had wrinkles and scarring that literally disappeared with consistent use!) Do I have perfect skin? No, but for the first time in decades, I am feeling FREE in my own skin.

To finish up my essay of a review (LOL), here's a cute convo between Diana and I. When I was realizing how sensitive my skin is to extreme hot or cold conditions (water and weather) I jokingly yet seriously said to Diana, "I am such a delicate flower." Her response was perfect and filled my heart with so much love, confidence, and sassy refreshment - "No, your rosacea is just touchy. You are badass."
