TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
First off, it took a solid 11 minutes to get anyone to come to the counter to take our order... They all were sitting back there either on their phone, or chatting it up. A few times, people came up, saw us standing there, and just did not care .. so they went back to standing around. When a lady FINALLY came to take our order, me and my husband were clearly standing together to order, but she was so impatient that after I ordered the first thing, she just told me the total... C'mon!! Between rolling her eyes, and the impatience, it was a bad experience. I payed for a large Baja blast freeze .. at first she just just gave me a regular cup .. i tried getting her attention again, it didn't work.. so my husband said he would wait... She finally gave us a Baja blast freeze.... IN THE SMALLEST SIZE CUP THEY HAVE. literally, this is the same size they use for their kids drinks .. I know, I brought my kids through the drive through the other week.
Also, the door says you guys close at 10:00pm... So why were all the chairs up before 8:20pm?? And when I said it would be for here, the lady seemed pretty upset....

Read moreThis is the level of quality you can expect from here. This is the Chipotle Chicken Taco which typically comes with 1 piece of chicken as the protein. I got the end of a piece of chicken for my meal due to absolute laziness by the employees. It's not even half of a finger worth of a chicken strip.
I've been here many times and am trained to check my bag before leaving the window as it's not uncommon for a majority of the meal to just be missing. But I'm reasonable, I understand things happen and so I have not taken the time to leave a bad review.
But it appears that whomever is managing this franchise has allowed the quality to drop to such a level that it has become okay for their employees to cut corners (in this case the entire order).For what? Quicker turn around times? Super unfortunate, I'll find the corporate site and be sure to report it to them as that's the only way change will come...
Read moreThey accidentally forgot two of my items from my order and my fiancé was stressed out about it, my kids were hungry and tired. I was stressed out to the max. Luis made sure that my problem was handled right away and made sure that I didn’t have to wait at all. The restaurant was packed from the register to the door and the seats were filled. The drive thru had atleast 20 cars in it. Wrapped all the way around the drive thru to the Home Depot parking lot. People were clamoring and causing a massive amount of stress on the store. But the team was communicating together and working together flawlessly, but it was specifically because Luis was directing them and handling everything perfectly. I was really impressed and will return to this store every time opposed to the other ones I’ve dealt with. Luis should be the general manager of this...
