Earlier this evening we ordered two large subs, waited about 45 minutes and then got them, only to bite into cold, soggy, thrown together subs. I don’t normally do this but I decided to call, because we were so dissatisfied. When I call the guy tells me I’ve called the wrong store, and gives me another stores number, dismissing me very quickly. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of me, or didn’t care. I call the number to the other store, and the lady looks up my address and tells me I would’ve ordered from the store I had just called because that’s in my area. I tell her what he had said, so she calls them and tells them they must’ve taken my order there and they needed to address my complaint. I can’t believe how dismissive and quick they were to tell me I was wrong and hadn’t placed the order their. So I’m finally talking to a manager at the first store after the lady at the second has them call me back, and then they finally “find” my order, and she proceeds to argue with me saying the sandwiches are meant to be warm and not ‘hot’. I try telling her they were not warm but very cold and soggy. She was very dismissive of me and acted as if I just didn’t know what I was talking about or how the sandwiches should be. Which I feel I do know because I’ve had them many times before. I also told her one of the sandwiches was missing an ingredient and she told me she had put it on herself and knew I was wrong. Finally she agrees to send out the order again, but does so with a attitude that said she didn’t feel she needed too. Normally I’m not the type to complain, call back, or write reviews especially in such length but the sandwiches and service I got this evening were absolutely terrible. If you have bad food and terrible customer service, there’s no reason to eat there. I’d suggest eating at one of the other five silvermines in town. This one...
Read moreI only know of this location, I am not speaking for the franchise but I requested "curbside delivery" upon ordering my sub, which indicates that an employee will be walking my food to my car for a quick mostly contactless pickup. When I called and told the employee that I had arrived and was "waiting in the parking lot" they said they would be out in a minute because the order was in fact ready. After waiting 5 minutes, which was two minutes after my original pickup ready time, I decided to just go inside and this is when they told me "we don't have curbside delivery". If you don't have curbside delivery, don't make it an option on the online ordering process! I have no problem walking in and getting my food, but tell me that I need to do so! Also both of the hot sandwiches I ordered were cold, untoasted and mushy. Worst sandwich I've ever had. I will go anywhere...

I was informed that I could not have onions on half of my sub (it was ether on the entire thing or on the side ) seems like since new owners took over this store went to hell. Edit. Order finally came sandwich was cold and chili was just barely over room temperature after calling the restaurant to inform them about our situation I declined anything they could do because I refuse to wait another 45 minutes for a sandwich. As much as I am hungry and upset I can not bring myself to give them the one star review that u want to the review is not there fault but the owners. Not enough staff. And the owners are obviestly too concerned about making money than properly...
