We placed a large order for 2 family meals today with extras totaling over $150. We picked up the order and got home and found that they forgot several of the items that were included as well as several items we paid extra for. I called the store and was put on hold then hung up on. I called back and was told they left a bag out and said if I came back to get it they would include a couple of free entree coupons. I went back since we needed the items and paid for them and nobody apologized for the inconvenience and there were no free entree coupons which is fine I just wanted what I paid for. I get back home and realize the $18 for the extra steak I paid for wasn’t included (the chicken and steak had the exact same in each container). I call the store again and the manager basically called me a liar saying I didn’t pay for extra steak even though it’s on my receipt and on my order confirmation which says $18. Then I hear employees in the background saying we were just trying to get free food and talking bad about me. Keep in mind every single item I said was missing they said was sitting there in a bag that just didn’t get put into the big bag we picked up so clearly I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. I also said since I’m coming back I need to get some extra tortillas and I would pay for them when I get there. So I told the manager I can hear everything they are saying about me and she kind of giggled but didn’t even apologize for being treated that way. She told me to come back for the steak and I told her I wasn’t coming back a third time but I would like a refund of the $18 and she was extremely rude and proceeded to hang up on me. I tried calling back a few times as I want the money refunded to me for the product I did not receive but they wouldn’t answer the phone. I’m literally appalled at the horrible customer service. I’m in sales and customer service and I would never in a million years speak to anyone that way nor would I allow my employees to talk about a customer that way. I would fire an employee on the spot for doing what the manager did or what the employees did! I will never go back to Qdoba after...
Read moreI might be a total weirdo, but I could eat at any Qdoba every single day and never get sick of it. I absolutely love the food here. Customer service is hit or miss, but I worked in a Qdoba before and so I definitely understand. I will say that places with good customer service sometimes get extra business just because people like the service. So my suggestion would be to really try to get the employees to enjoy their jobs more (however one may do that) so that they can in turn make customers enjoy visiting more. I believe that even if it costs more to keep employees happy, it’ll gain more business and cover any losses. One other thing is that the fajitas are good, but they can be really inconsistent. In a fast environment it can be hard to cook them perfectly every time, but you know… sometimes I’ll come and it’s like eating warm sliced vegetables, but other times they are all coated in oregano or whatever it is and it is like eating pure joy. So there’s that. Also where did the tortilla soup go!? I miss it so much! Anyway, I love Qdoba. That’s ultimately what I’m saying. I’ll tolerate some inconsistencies and grumpy employees if it means I get to eat there...
Read moreThis is the rudest location in Fort Collins. It's been hit or miss for the last 3 years, I really get angry with mutation for now driving to another location. Since COVID they have had the curbside pick up when using the app, I placed my order and realized that I wasn't prompted for curbside. I figured I would call when I got there and they could bring it out to me since it was obviously paid for. When I called Lindsay was extremely rude about if you order online you have to come in and pick it up. Well that's not how it happened last time, they brought it out. Why is the sign there for curbside if they're not willing to do it? We spend $50 on 5 entrées. A lot of people are not going out as often anymore. If they want people to continue to spend money on their establishment, they need to be kind to their customers. And when my husband went in to grab the food, she half handed it to him and before he could ask a question she walked away. So she was also rude to my husband. Do not stop at this location if you expect to be treated with any kind of humanity!...
