Las Catrinas Food Truck — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Had Las Catrinas booked for my wedding. They took us off of their calendar with zero notice citing not receiving our deposit as the reason, even though we had emailed them confirming that a check was sent in the mail and they replied back saying we were on their calendar and they were looking forward to it. When bringing this up, they said they never received the check and it was our responsibility to ensure that the deposit made it to them, which is absurd as there is no way we can track a mailed check and the check was never going to be cashed anyways (it was just a showing of good faith and we would pay in full after the wedding). Even if the check never made it to them, some notice that they were taking us off the calendar would have been nice. Had we not called ahead and checked, they would have no-showed the wedding with us having no idea and the evening would have been ruined

So we just had to scramble last minute to book another food truck with only two weeks notice.

I'm sure their food is good, but would not recommend them for a private event due to this unprofessional behavior. I'm not one to complain - this is the first Google review I've ever left that hasn't been 5 stars - but this is the most unprofessional move I've ever seen...

I stopped by here for a quick lunch! Never been here but the truck caught my eye so I flipped a U turn!!! Man was I happy I did! I love it and I go to a lot of places all over the nation!!
