Took a laptop in there three weeks ago to just replace a screen. I still don’t have the laptop, he never answers. It just takes a few hours to replace a screen. At this point I just want my laptop back so I can take it somewhere else but I can’t get a response. We finally got our laptop back and the whole bottom strip is destroyed. He mentioned it was broken, which is was cracked. But the whole thing is gone. Never did he call and ask about repairing it when he completely broke it off. Crappy company, don’t take anything there. Yes our screen is fixed but there are wires hanging out of the bottom. And that is after almost five weeks of having my laptop. What a joke. Personal Computer Solutions is amazing! If you need help with just about anything tech related I highly recommend them! Just before Christmas I brought in my laptop that was having issues with a hard drive. With the holidays I wasn't expecting it to be repaired as early as it was. They were very fast, friendly and honest. They kept me updated with how my laptop was doing and I was able to pick it up just before the New Years! I would 100% recommend Personal Computer Solutions!!!! I have had to bring a couple of computers in there over the past year and I have been met with exceptional service every single time! They take the time to really explain the problem and more often than not, it's a quick fix for the experienced staff. Multiple times that fix cost me NOTHING!
