So I called there today, May 31 at 4:50 PM spoke to Candace. I had asked to speak to a supervisor she stated she was one then I explained to her why am I being charged $144+ some change and then yet again, another almost $12 When I’m only supposed to be paying $110 a month then she proceeds to tell me that it’s $30 plus in taxes and $12 for the insurance that I never once asked for because I have renters insurance. Why would I have to pay insurance twice if anything happened to their stuff would be covered under my renters insurance correct yes it so , then she proceeded to tell me and a smart mouth tone that I can deal with her. I said like I asked when I called here. So anyway, I’m waiting for the manager to get there so then I can deal with the regional and deal with all of that from here because I’m not taking this line down you’re not gonna keep robbing me like you’ve been doing for months and I didn’t know that until I actually called the bank to find out why There should only be one automatic transaction that comes out of my account but there’s been two for several months now and for high dollar amount and I finally asked and that’s what they told me it’s from them!!!! Oh and mind you since I’ve gotten the brand new washer and dryer that’s not brand new. I have had nothing but problems she since the guys out and when I say she, I mean Candace send them out every time they come they always say oh it’s this. It’s that it’s this. It’s that and yet we still have to dry our clothes more than once more than twice, so what’s the excuse? Gonna be this time like I’ve quit calling them because they come out here for no reason but it’s insane to me that I’m paying this much money I was told it’s $109.99 a month so is 144+ some coming out of plus another $12.???? Watch out, they will rob you and say things are new...
Read moreAbsolute worst Aaron's service we have ever experienced! We have used Aaron's in different locations from lots of moves throughout the country. We thought everything was fine upon setting up for delivery. First problem, they brought us a broke dresser. No problem, it happens. They replaced it, and then we realized the bed frame was the incorrect size from what we had ordered. They scheduled to pick it up and replace it on a day they KNEW they wouldn't be in our area! No call, no warning, they just didn't show up. Then the manager had the nerve to be rude to me as if we have no reason to be upset after TWO payments and still not having the proper sets we ordered! We called them to come pick it all up today. This place is a joke and I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to get anything here!
Update: they came to pick our stuff up, but had it in their system to FINALLY deliver what they had messed up! So we had to go back and forth once more as to their lacking in customer service and inaccuracy with documenting and providing. Reiterating, DO...
Read moreWhen i originally called and asked about the items i was looking for and also asked about same day delivery, i was told that they can absolutely do same day delivery, plus the items i wanted were available and could be bundled together, and I was asked if I wanted to do the application over the phone which I did. When I arrived and found the items I wanted, I was then told that they can’t bundle anything, and that I can only get 1 item and after 6 months of payments would I be allowed to get another item, and also was told that they don’t have same day delivery and i was going to have to wait 4 days for it. When I talked to the store manager about this issue, and that her employee literally lied to make a sale, she said “oh yea he’s just doing his job” which I responded “oh so you’re saying it’s okay and that you prefer your employees to lie in order to make a sale” , she then changed the subject and started pushing the paperwork and wasn’t friendly at all.
