My wife, our 9 month old daughter and I took a trip to Ft. Lauderdale back in February. After much research on finding transportation that would safely and comfortably accommodate our young daughter, I came across the The Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service. I decided to give them a try. Immediately after booking my reservation online, I instantly got a call from Jason the manager of the shuttle and limo service. Jason wanted to confirm how old and how much our daughter weighed so he could make sure to provide the most appropriate car seat. I must say, I was very much impressed with the level of attention and care not only Jason but our drivers displayed. When we arrived at the airport, our driver called me and asked if we needed any help with the bags and to let me know exactly where he was parked and waiting. The drive to our hotel, which was in a very nice and practically new Suburban was outstanding. I forgot to book our return service to the airport when booking our original ride, so a few days before our departure date Jason called me again just to make sure we had a ride back to the airport, even if it was with a different service. I thought, well since the first one went so well, I'm definitely going with them again. This time, however, a limo came to pick the three of us up and take us to the airport. Again, our driver honestly couldn't have been better. After pulling up to our gate, he even helped us bring our bags all the way into the check in area so my wife and I wouldn't be overwhelmed trying to carry a baby and all our bags and accompanying crap. Ft. Lauderdale Limo service truthfully went above and beyond any and all of my expectations, and I don't say that lightly. My family ( 6 adults & 2 teen age kids) and I planned a spring-break cruise that departed from from Ft.Lauderdale a year in advance to make sure we secured the staterooms and the first class flights to insure we secured the travel amenities we wanted. As always, we built in an extra cushion by booking a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale the night prior to ship's departure. Sounds like great plan doesn't it? I hired Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service (FLS&LS) to pick up my adult son from the airport. My son has physical and speech disabilities as a result of being hit by a drunk driver several years ago. I had used FLS&LS in the past so I knew that they would be on time and provide a clean, safe,and comfortable ride to our condo. What I did not expect was the level of care and compassion the driver showed our son. When they arrived at the condo, construction on the building prevented the limo from getting to the lobby entrance. The driver had to carefully navigate through a temporary entrance that would have left my son a very long walk through the driveway and garage to get to the elevators on the other side of the building. Not only did the driver take his luggage into the building, but he escorted my son all the way to the apartment on the 18th floor. Because my son has difficulty speaking, the driver stayed on the phone with my wife (we were in Virginia) until my son way safely in the apartment.
