Miami Grill — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

The staff in the @Miami Grill on Sunrise Blvd Fort.Lauderdale,Fl has to have the worst customer service in history I have ever experienced. I went to order two separate meals in the drive thru. The young 19yrs or younger, slim figured dark drown skinned young lady with long wavy weave working out of drawer#1001 was very short, annoyed and spoke with great amount of disrespect to us. When we got to the window she stood there without giving us the total and when we asked with an attitude she responded “I said 26 and change”. She took the card went to swipe it, came back and when I tried to bring awareness to the fact that she was handling us without care and being very unprofessional she continued to get sassy and slammed the window in our face. The food was handed to us by a light skinned, 22-26 aged woman wearing a bonnet who proclaimed to be the manager when I ask to speak to someone. She stood silently while I spoke of her employee behavior while the rude girl ate a plate of food smiling maliciously behind her. I requested for both her and the previous young lady name and she failed to respond, stared blankly and closed the window in my face. I pray that this goes to Corporate and reach the right person because the experience I received while referring my family from out of town to this establishment and speaking so highly of the food was unacceptable and not even a animal should be degraded with poor service and disrespect. I advise no one that I love to support this location to prevent from encountering such a poor experience. THE WORST...

If I could give 0 stars they would get it. I came with my family and we did two separate orders. The ladies (dark skin, slim figured young lady with long wavy weave and light sling young lady with a blonde wig and bonnet) working during the 7pm shift on 7/16/23 had horrible attitudes.We had 2 separates orders consisting of 2 Philly cheesesteaks, chicken tender meal and a gyro. My family enjoyed the food but the way the young lady talked to us was very degrading, she was very unprofessional and her demeanor was ghetto and ignorant. She never advised us of our total for second order and when asked her responses was “I said 27 and change and closed the window on us. I ask if she was ok because she was not being as professional or customer friendly and her response was disgusting, she closed the window again on us. I ask to speak with the manager and a lady with blonde hair and a bonnet came to the window and proclaimed she was the manager. I ask what the young lady name was and she looked at the girl refused to respond and closed the window. I definitely feel this type of service is unexceptable these young ladies need disciplinary actions. I was so shocked to have received such poor service and embarrassed to have referred this place as a quick grab...

I'm from Memphis. My boyfriend's from Ft. Lauderdale and this was one of my most favorite restaurants when I was vacationing in S. Florida!! What the young folk say, "No cap!"😆 Anyway, I was too busy devouring my food to stop and take pictures 🤦🏿‍♀️ My son and I had to have eaten here nearly 10 times while we were there. We kept ordering the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, the Classic Burger, their bone-in wings and the Fish & Chips Platter. And we always ordered the combos with them tasty seasoned fries. The only negative worth mentioning is that being from Memphis and coming to S. Florida which is literally a melting pot of different people and their cultures, I had a little difficulty understanding some of the staff who were taking our orders. It really just made me listen a lot more. Other than that, as long as they got my food order correct, I didn't have no problems with them. Plus, the food was made-to-order!!🔥
