Sunrise Chinese Food Take Out — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I order from this place every other week I have never complain about a order. I called because I ordered sesame chicken. It was disgusting. I don't know if it was because the the seeds were toasted. But it was disgusting. I am asked what do I want. I said at least a credit. Because I am going to have throw it away. They asked for a picture. I took a picture. They asked for one in the garbage. I did that. They then asked me to take it out and wrap it up and the guy will bring my money. I called and told them that I felt like the they were toying me. The lady said people some time complain to get a refund and still eat the food. I said had no issue returning or throwing it away but the fact that you want me to go back in the garbage. And your employee will have to go in the garbage. She's like ok. We will have the guy get it and we refund. She said don't order it again. I told her not talk to me like I a stupid. I have ordered it several times at other locations with no issues. I ended up taking it out for the guy. Because they do not care about their employees or customers....

This is crazy I order some food and I release they're was a problem with the food man I make the big mistake of calling because the girl who answer the phone curse at me she wouldn't even listen to the problem after she was done cursing me she hang up the phone I try to call back she block me out this is not how a business should run she make me never again to order from them and I will tell people not order from that place that type of service man when I say the women was so disrespectful I was shark I don't even want the food any more I always tell people if you having a bad day don't go to work and you in customers service job...

We just moved to the area and was hoping to find a really good Chinese spot and found one. I was very impressed with the food, customer service and the atmosphere. I ordered by phone and the young lady I ordered with was very courteous. Also, as soon as you walk in their establishment the aroma tells you this food is going to be good. Your greeted by the wonderful lady with the great personality who took my order over the phone. She's so friendly and personable, something you rarely don't see in the fast food industry anymore. My Husband and I were extremely impressed and will make Sunrise Chinese our go to spot and you...
