Badcock & More Home Furniture (Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL) is an excellent furniture store and more! I rate it best for customer service, cleanliness and quality. The entire staff that I interacted with was welcoming, personable, very polite, dependable and prompt. Don H (the assistant manager) and Ms Annie were extremely helpful, reasonable, and polite while helping me. They actually made my day. I walked in that store with a lot on my mind and God placed these two angels before me. Ms Annie was a sweetheart. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the furniture and sales. She helped me remain in my price range. Also, she never grew weary or inpatient with me. The assistant manager Don worked with Ms Annie and I. He made sure I was taken care of and made my load a lot lighter than what I anticipated. Lord knows when I walked in there I didn’t think I would be leaving being able to get everything I needed. Don made sure I got what I needed and more. He was amazing. The entire staff was pleasant. There was another young lady there but I didn’t catch her name. She didn’t help with my purchase but she made friendly conversation with my sister and me as we waited. The young man behind the counter didn’t talk much but he smiled and made friendly gestures. While being there, I noticed how attentive they all were when customers walked in. They make you feel like you’re being welcomed into a home. I was quite taken with the great customer service, cleanliness and excellent quality of this store. The service rendered at this business, if you can call it that, is PISS poor. My mother ordered a couple couches and a stove on last weekend (April 25th) to be dilevered on yesterday (May 1st). On the day of ordering and multiple days leading up to the delivery she informed the store associates about a graduation dinner reservation at 6pm on May 1st. The morning of the delivery she called for an eta and was told the items would be delivered around 4:30/5pm. She asked the associate if the delivery could be made any earlier and after (supposedly) contacting the driver was told the truck was packed according to a specific route, beginning in West Broward. She then asked to rescheduled since she communicated on multiple occasions about a prior special arrangement. The store associates proceeded to tell her she would still be charged $100 for this delivery and would be charged again for the actual delivery. Needless to say my mom was distraught when the truck arrived at 7pm. To add insult to injury, the driver told her that they could have, in fact, delivered the order earlier had the store associates contacted them. The Worst Customer Service Ever!!! Badcock Home Furniture & More in South Florida has horrible customer service. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I called in to report a problem about some furniture I had purchased from them and they asked me to take photos of the future. I did everything they asked me to do, then they sent out a technician to do nothing more than take 3 photos of the furniture and then the so called furniture technician left. I received a call from Badcock Furniture & More telling me they would be replacing the piece of furniture that I had reported to them. They Told Me They Would Come On One Day Then They Changed It To Another Day Causing Me To Change My Plans For Two Day's In A Row, Then They Called Me At The Last Minute To Tell Me That They Would Not Be Delivering The Replacement Item To Me Again. They Claim That They Made A Mistake And Didn't/Couldn't Find The Item In Their Warehouse. A TOTAL MESS I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BADCOCK FURNITURE & MORE AGAIN!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD TO CUSTOMERS. DON'T SHOP THERE AND NEVER PURCHASE A WARRANTY FOR THEM IT'S NOT WORTH IT AND THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS...
