Only giving a star because it forces me to in order to leave a review but I'm beyond disgusted. Dealing with this was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. I attempted to get a dress made by Sandi. My first call was answered and she asked me to text her a photo and description of what I wanted. I did right away. She didn't respond. I waited three days and tried to call, no answer. Tried to text, no answer. Over a week went by and still nothing. Finally I let her know that since she clearly wasn't interested in my business I'd take it elsewhere but a simple response would have been professional. Only then did she respond telling me how she speaks to 30 clients daily and some fall through the cracks and I was one of them. This dress was for my wedding and I was just something that "fell through the cracks". Way to make a bride feel totally unimportant. If you can't handle business don't run one. If you're currently booked don't ask for pictures then ignore someone. Integrity - Sandi has zero. Business sense - Sandi has zero. Professionalism - Sandi has zero. In my line of work I see far more than 30 clients a day and one "falling through the cracks" could be fatal. Pathetic and unacceptable excuse. She said sorry but it was blatant how insincere it was as all she repeated was that she was sure I could find someone else. I.e. she never had any intention of doing my dress. There was no falling through anything. Just a poor excuse for lack of interest disguised in being too busy. If she was too busy she should have been up front and not asked for a picture with a promise to get back to me asap. If you want a professional go literally anywhere else. If you want someone who has no idea how to run their business and will treat you like you and your event are nothing but something that can be blown off, call Sandi and may the odds be ever in your favor that she bothers to respond. STOP DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER.....I took my daughter to get a prom dress made and was not expecting to be greeted with such professionalism, caring and determined individuals. My daughter had a vision and Mrs Sandi did not disappoint. The experience was amazing and we will always have this memory. I love the weekly fittings, the attention to detail as well as respecting and supporting any additional input or concerns we had. My daughter's dress was perfect. At first I was really skeptical because I didn’t realize the boutique was actually a house but I still tried it out. To start off Sandi is an incredibly sweet lady, I absolutely loved her! I came to her last minute and she only had 3 days to complete the other half of my dress for prom and she did just in time! My dress turned out amazing. I was so lucky to have her.
