The lady who was working alone has no manners or customer service skills. When I arrived in the store there was a man in front of me who only was in line for cookies like myself. The worker was making to go subs probably 4 or 5 at a time and she ignored everyone that was in line. Because 2 more customers came in the door and not one time did she lookup and said welcome to Subway I will be with you shortly. Another customer came through the door. I then asked her are you working today by yourself? She said yeah and continued to keep her head down while she continued to make the subs to go which I’m sure that order was made over the phone. So I stood in line for 25 minutes before I was helped and still she did not welcome me or spoke to me. Now the line is long and you had some leave and some stood there mad.
Her nonchalant attitude was just cold and rude and why are you working at a place where you have to deal with customers but don’t know how to greet them or to assure them you are aware of their existence??? Even when the lady came in the door for her order that she placed online, the lady said is that order for me and she still said nothing. Once she finished bagging the subs, she just handed it to her and stood there while the guy 1st and I was like hello and she stood there like a deer in head lights, no greeting and no welcome or nothing. My thing is, if you are short staff there is no need to take orders over the phone, come inside, but I guess that’s not one of subways policies and I refuse to ever go back to that subway again! I said "Good morning. " She acted as if she didn't want to speak. I proceeded to ask for a sub. She told me that can't I tell that she wasn't ready. I asked her why was the door open.
