I enjoy exploring local businesses near my home, but I deeply regret my decision when it comes to getting a haircut. The barber greeted me with a smile, which initially gave me hope for a great experience. However, things quickly went downhill. Instead of starting with a proper hair wash, he simply sprayed my hair with water and asked what style I wanted. I showed him a reference photo, and after barely glancing at it, he started cutting. At first, I thought he was skilled enough to not need a second look, but within 10 minutes, my haircut was completely ruined. He never even paused to check if I wanted any adjustments.

After finishing, he blew off the loose hair with a dryer, and that was it—no wash, no mirror check for the back, nothing. Just as their sign at the entrance states: "$25 for a haircut"—the service ended the moment the cut was done, which felt even more basic than some $10 barbershops I’ve been to.

To make things worse, when I handed him $30 in cash, he assumed the extra $5 was a tip and took it without a word. I had planned to leave a tip anyway, but the fact that he made the decision for me without even asking was extremely rude. Overall, this was a rushed, unprofessional experience, and I won’t be...

Not recommend it. I've been here for haircut. First when I got there I aske how much do you charge for HAIRCUT and the owner said $40 haircut and $20 blow dry if you want! So I asked 2 more times and repeat her statement to make sure about pricing. So I decided only to dohaircut without blow dry and let her know about my decision. Even during shampooing I told her I only need haircut because I have curly hair. we decided Layer might be good. She done the haircut and I told her no need for blow dry. I went for checkout and she gave me pen and paper like (name, Date,price...) and I started to fill it out. Suddenly she acted like that I don't want to pay and told me NO NO NO. You should PAY FIRST! Why you fill out this?!! I told her because you gave me this pen and paper and I assumed I should fill it out. So when I wanted to pay I saw $50!!! I told her why $50? I asked you several times and it supposed to be $40. She told me because you had style haircut!!! so eventually I paid but I'm not satisfy about their action...

세리 원장님의 솜씨에 만족합니다. If I want to be more honest and precisely review this hair salon, I would give 4.5. I visited there to have my hair cut, permed, and colored. It turned out well in general. It was just perfect except for the terrible pain, feeling like my sculp or center of the head seemed horriblely burnt or peeling off too hard when she applied the coloring or dying product right after using the heating device to give more volume over my top head. I almost cried and had to wash my hair very quickly than it was supposed to be remain. Luckily I did not seem to lose my hair so much until today, but the color did not come out very well, and I have a fear I might lose my hair too much soon. However, overall, I was pretty satisfied with Ms. Serri's professional service...
