Fresh Bites Dosirak — Restaurant in Fort Lee

Placed a order with seamless at 8:30 pm was notified my order was being processed and would be delivered by 9:20 to 9:30 which is pretty late by 9:40 I tried calling the restaurant which has a full mailbox??? So you can’t call to find out about your order…. Who runs a restaurant like that? Needless to say the order never came so by 10:00 pm still no dinner. If this restaurant cannot fill seamless orders then they shouldn’t be on seamless 🤬

Update: I was made aware that the reason I never received my order was that Seamless did not list the restaurant as being closed at 8:30 pm they had closed at 7:00, but Seamless took my order charged my card and notified me I would receive the order but obviously it never did. Seamless needs to get their act together, once you place an order you shouldn’t have to wait more than an hour to find out your not getting it and have to go through getting a refund and find another restaurant late at night. I actually will order from this restaurant again as they were so kind to send me a courtesy dinner the following night….thank you so much for that and you definitely...

Update: I use to love the bento boxes but as of late they are are inconsistent. Portions are sometimes smaller and are missing items like a dumpling or tempura shrimp. This could be cost cutting but they should update their description to reflect the change.

I'm sorry, but my pictures don't do the food justice. It tastes much better than the way it looks. The cheese tteokbokki is sweet and not overly spicy, we love it. Wish it came with a boiled egg but we easily add that ourself each time we order it. The lunch boxes are a fantastic deal and they offer a different discount box each day of the week. I went to dosirak in Korea town nyc the first time just to see what’s inside , I loved the gold coin so much I came back for more than more but tbh the least I can say about the Mexican lady making them is that she’s one of the rudest people I have ever seen ! I thought it was a bad day for me or her but I came back today and she was the same , just rude , ordering me around and when I complained other people came after and were served she said you stay there and wait for your turn , other people said we are not coming back . She even talked to what seems her superior and was lying right to my face , sad that some people would do customer service with such sad...
