I honestly wasn't sure to give a 2 or a 3. With the price charged, it genuinely is not worth it. I gave a 3 because my 4 year old does enjoy some aspects. I had a membership that is ending next month but I will not be returning.

He enjoys the outdoors water area to play in. He enjoys the ball section and the paper air plane shooter. He likes to go up and down the elevator they have. & that's about it. The touch center for the few animals they have is cool & they did seem to put decent $ into the small aquarium section.

The problems I have? It is not worth the $. Literally so many of the displays do not work and many things are just older in appearance. This is not a new or well kept place.  There is not even adequate sand in the dinosaur fossil excavation area & it is lacking in fossils to even find etc. & I am highly dissappointed with the fact they are bringing in some kind of history museum area. They got rid of the child's section for this which was my son's favorite, especially their train table and legos.

The kids section has been moved to a tiny tiny rectangular shaped room and most of the toys are no longer there. All of the play food, the car table, the train is now more than half of what it used to be. The list goes on. The kids area literally sucks and is way too small. Oh and it says 3 and under only. Sorry but my son at 4 still does play with most of the toys in that room, he isn't there for their limited selection of science options. He is a 4 year old toddler who should be able to play trains, as most 4 year olds enjoy.

It also is in a neighborhood that I don't feel vwry comfortable hanging out in. It is not a nice establishment. It is just a shame because it has so much potential and could be a place that people should stop at for sure as tourists. I would not recommend this place. I was disappointed before but now even more so, I won't be returning. My son makes the best of everything and finds something to enjoy there. He is so easy going and I don't ruin the experience for him but just... No.

I highly recommend working on the dinosaur area and child's area. Providing more options and more space. Changing the age limits and updating equipment. I recommend adding cool science options, the ones now are so limited and again most genuinely do not work. If this place improves drastically, I would renew but highly dissappointed. That's my blatantly...

We had an amazing experience here! There is so much history and so many different things to do here. There is a huge room for kids play. They had things like balls that you could roll down different tracks and making your own roller coasters. They had a section for you to be your own news reporter, make a lightning storm, touch a cloud and find anywhere in the world using Google maps. My kids ages 2 and 10 as well as myself had a great time. They do have a cafe that you can order food from and eat outside at their picnic tables either in the shade or in the sun. Our favorite thing there were the whisper dishes that were found outside by the fish pond. Make sure you visit after you feed the fish in the turtles whisper through the ring and the sound will bounce off of the big satellite dishes behind it, it was super cool to play phone tag through them. They have a large theater that shows 3D movies, we were able to see two different movies the day we were there, and recommend titanosaur, both were absolutely great. They had a large section that showed the Old Town Fort Myers, it was cool to see the replicas and the history of the town. There was a large Sputnik room that gave history and also upon walking up to the building there is a 911 memorial that has a timeline of events. It was cool to walk with the kids and tell them what I remembered from that day. There is also a gift shop at the front of the store, of course you have to walk through it to buy your tickets and for entry! LOL. We recommend the hurricane simulator!!! All in all a great place to spend a day...

I recently visited the IMAG History & Science Center in Fort Myers, Florida and I was blown away by the amazing exhibits and interactive displays!

The center is a perfect combination of history and science, providing visitors with an educational and entertaining experience. One of the highlights for me was the interactive hurricane exhibit, where I got to experience what it's like to be in the eye of a hurricane. It was a thrilling and unforgettable experience!

The center also has a fantastic selection of exhibits on local history, including the history of the Calusa Indians and the early settlers of the area. It was fascinating to learn about the rich history of Southwest Florida and how it has influenced the development of the region.

The science exhibits were equally impressive, with hands-on displays that allowed me to explore and learn about everything from physics to biology. I especially enjoyed the virtual reality exhibit, where I got to experience immersive simulations of different environments and situations.

The staff at the IMAG History & Science Center were also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making my visit even more enjoyable.

Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to the IMAG History & Science Center. It's a great place to learn, explore, and have fun for people of all ages. Whether you're a history buff or a science enthusiast, there's something for everyone at this...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the IMAG History & Science Museum, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the diverse and interactive exhibits. It's truly a place where history and science come alive for all ages. The museum strikes a perfect balance between educational content and hands-on fun. We particularly loved the marine touch tank, where you can get up close with local sea life. The animal area was also a highlight, getting to be upclosewith so many amazing, and many adorable creatures was our favoritepart! Plus we got to play with a few of the snakes and even held the bearded dragon😍. My kids were completely enthralled, and honestly, so was I! What truly makes IMAG stand out is the passion of the staff. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to share their love of the museum's subjects. Their enthusiasm made our visit even more special and personal. Whether you're a family looking for a fun and educational outing, a couple on a date, or just someone curious about the world around you, IMAG is a must-visit. It's a hidden gem that offers a fantastic experience for everyone. We can't wait to go back and explore more!
