
CSK Powersports in Ft. Smith provided me beyond excellent customer service and i would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
I hadnt spent a dollar there and they made me feel like I was their best customer that ever walked in. I had never set foot in there before and didnt buy my vehicle there and that did not make them treat me poorly or any less. I had been to other dealers for repair work and they did not want to work on it because I didnt buy it there. CSK was not like that at all.
i brought CSK a broken can-am defender that was bought at another shop, and that same another shop could not get fixed.
Mr. Young the service manager took ownership of the issues and assured me that CSK would fix it back to factory spec. Then he took me into the shop directly to the head mechanic Mike and let me talk to him all about the issues I had with my rig. Mike said he would fix it no problem.
CSK had to order some factory parts and the repairs took a couple of weeks waiting on parts. Shelby the service advisor kept me updated with status phone calls every couple of days. He let me know the costs and repair times of all the work going on.
When i went to pick up my rig, i got a work review from Mr. Young on what work they did, with master mechanic Mike right there standing by his work. They showed me the old parts they replaced and explained everything.
Shelby checked me out and the guys drove it on the trailer for me.
While we were there we of course checked out the new stuff on the floor. Garet their sales man was zero pressure until we engaged him which we appreciate its not like a sales shark on a used car lot. We ended up working with Garet on some quotes and he was able to provide real numbers on the spot. no BS or I have to go to the fishbowl and ask some invisible manager in a back room or any of that.
This dealership is 2 hours away from me and it is worth the extra effort to drive there even when there are closer dealerships. If you expect excellent customer service on your 20k-30k+ vehicle, and especially if you have had a poor experience elsewhere, go see Mr. Young at CSK and he will make everything OK and best of all they will fix...
Read moreI brought in my 2018 Honda cbr 300r,bc it was ticking like a rod hitting in the motor so i took it up there and they kept my bike for a week then after calling three times finally on on that Thursday he called and said it was ready.i went up there exited to get my bike back and do some riding in this beautiful weather and I get up there and the service guy tells me that he thinks it was the chain and after taking it down the road and back I noticed that it had not been fixed all they did was the service and ajusted the chain which was noticed later that the chain was now extremely lose, also after picking it up, at a restaurant I noticed that there was a scratch on the tank a scuff marks on the side,I know this bc I take care of and keep my bike clean,also upon brining it up there the guy told me that I was 30 miles away from needing a service which would have been 500 miles,so when I picked it up it had 550 miles on it. So these people had my bike for a week didn't fix it put 80 miles on it and scratched it. I then took it back like an idot and had him tighten the chain back and now it makes noise,and clangs every time I go over a bump of any sort. If this is not made right I am going to the better business bureau,this is my first bike being a Honda and already I'm having bad experiences. Read moreI had to share the great customer service experience I had recently at Honda Power Sports. I purchased a Vanderhall Venice GT a few months ago and purchased a cover for the cockpit area at that time. Well, I went a couple of months and never tried it to see how it fit the car. A week ago, I take it out and to my horror, it did not fit. I knew that this could be bad, calling the dealer and explaining the top I bought several months ago doesn't fit. I was ready to be disappointed, BUT Don, took care of me right away. He reassured me that they wanted to make sure everything was right. I sent the cover to him, he called Vanderhall and had them send me a new top. THAT'S NOT ALL. He contacted me and gave me step by step updates about the top status. It is refreshing to deal with a company that lives customer service. He had every right to deny my request due to the time lapse of purchase to problem but it did not phase him. I have had a few glitches with the car and their service department has gone out of their way to make things right.
