Irish Maid Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Smith

I ordered two dozen donuts for pick up the next day. I ordered a dozen glazed, half a dozen Chocolate Iced, 3 maple bars, and 3 filled donuts. I paid around $20 ahead of time. Several minutes later they called me back to tell me they left off the 3 filled donuts and I was going to need to pay for that the following day upon pick up.

The next day I go to pick up my donuts and they proceed to charge me for the 3 filled donuts except I got recharged for taxes and the credit card fee!! It was not my mistake, I should not have been recharged taxes or the credit card fee. (I was not told about the credit card fee the day before if I had then I would have 100% brought cash.) In addition, the lady serving the food did not have her mask on properly. It was down at her chin. This is not only unsanitary for our times but also a violation of the state mandate.

The donuts were okay but I have gotten better service at Sunny's and Shipleys. I was VERY disappointed because I heard such good things...

LuckyVBAR 1981 has posted a fake review. I am the owner of Irish Maid Donuts & LuckyVBAR is associated with Knesek Guns Inc in Van Buren Ar for which I posted my HONEST review on another site about how I paid cash in full for a product they will not deliver even though I still have my original receipt. He has provided fake news in retaliation & copied & pasted this exact same review on several other sites. Besides,we don't deliver nor do we have a truck as he has stated in his numerous fake reviews & our donuts are awesome‼ Their own employees said so when we gave them a complimentary box of donuts at our expense at an employee of theirs request. And THAT'S how you provide customer service Mr "Alfred Romero" aka LuckyVBAR1981! Mic drop & applause!😄 FYI if LuckyVBAR would stop wasting his time posting fake reviews on line & start focusing on customer service & all the genuine complaints numerous former customers have posted, maybe you wouldn't be losing so...

Well, we got up super early this particular morning and got there 30 minutes after they opened. She said kolaches aren't done so we got a dozen donuts. They were cold 🤯 what? You've been open 30 minutes and no fresh warm donuts?? Guess we got leftovers from day before. *Reply to reply: Well I posted a picture of the front of the building so if you're off Towson in the Goodwill/Cupid shopping center then I have the correct business. Guess this was on "off" morning unfortunately. My husband was told they weren't done 30 minutes after you showed the business was open. Sorry if i gave it a 1 star but maybe I'll try again in the future and it will be a better...
