Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Okay I've been going to this sonic for a very long time over yrs,today me and my mother went there to order lunch, I ordered a quarter pound double cheese burger, and my mom ordered 2 frito wraps, when opening my burger there was a net inside the bag with the burger and one inside the sonic brown bag, due to the fact the waiter didn't give us a receipt, I never even care about if I got a receipt or not because I never had a issue with the food until today, they did offer me another burger but I refused it because the waiter lied and said he gave us a receipt, which he didn't give the receipt , I just didn't trust them at this point, they could have did anything to the replacement burger, I ended up leaving without getting a refund , nor food that I didnt want due to the above circumstances, they could have offered me a coupon for the value of the food, I'm assuming,they got a new staff,the cook looked like he is on drugs and wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food, the so called lady manager was very rude, all this over a $2.98 burger, I will not be going...

I'm not sure why, but I was in the drive-thru line, and it was super slow.... Literally, 4 people drove off, and I was just about to, but I decided to stay. I ordered a large Dr Pepper, 1 corn dog & a small Tater tot. It took 17 minutes?? The Dr Pepper was AMAZING, but the corn dog was undercooked despite the long time waiting?? The Tater Tots were great, but guess what? NOT 1 single mustard packet & NOT 1 single Ketchup packet⁉️ HOW on earth does this occur? Many years ago, I started working at Sonic when I was 13 years old and NEVER forgot these things? Surely you train them, the ticket is right in front of them, and ALL the condiments are literally within arms reach?! There honestly is not an easier job on the planet, so I'm not sure what makes every aspect of this job so hard and complicated. If this is just how people are these days, our entire society is in real trouble. I'm hoping it was training day or something, but I will probably be back again sometime. I just HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE...

I ordered a Route 44 STRAWBERRY limeade. Instead I received a route 44 regular limeade. When I called with the button to let them know about the mistake, they said they'd be right out. Instead of bringing me a route 44 strawberry limeade, they brought me a small condiment cup with strawberry syrup for me to add to my regular limeade. I order strawberry limeades ALL the time.T don't just come with strawberry syrup, they come with real strawberries and usually quite a few of them, along with strawberry syrup. I brought that to a carhop's attention and she just apologized and went back inside. So now I paid for a plain limeade and I don't even like regular limeades. This was at around 2:40pm on a Sunday. I don't know the manager's name that's working right now but he or she is NOT managerial...
