Home Outlet — Local services in Fort Smith

Today my mother and I had been to Lowe's and Home Depot we had asked for help with a shower enclosure needed immediately that was an odd size. We were told both places to go online and order it there. We went to Home Outlet that I stumbled upon on Google and we thought we would try again.....one last time pretty defeated. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman that asked how he could help us and we told him. He said to give him a moment and went and spoke to the other gentlemen working and they walked us to what we needed in less than a minute and a half. We couldn't be more greatful! They were knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. My mother and I declared them all HERO'S!!!!! We are greatful. Sadly I didn't get there names but this is a great place to go for anything you need...

My husband and I purchased kitchen cabinets from Home Outlet. The customer service was exceptional! Nathan was very knowledgeable about all of the products as well as the other workers. Nathan gave us his full attention throughout the whole process of finding and ordering our cabinets. The cabinets look wonderful! There was one cabinet that had damage from shipping and a new one was reordered immediately. We just went back to price countertops and a kitchen sink. We received the same amazing customer service! My husband and I highly recommend Home Outlet. It is so nice to be greeted, helped immediately and to have people that can answer any question(s) you have about the product(s) you are needing. This will be the first place we go in the future when we are looking for products...

Rude and unprofessional. First thing that I was told when I walked in was what are you looking for? Not even a good morning or good afternoon my name is so-and-so. I was looking for vinyl floor remnants and was told immediately no we do not sell that. It only took me one minute walking around the store where I can find the remnants that was told to me that they did not sell for sale in the corner. Please treat your potential customers as if they were looking to buy at any moment no matter how big or how small...
