I called the number listed and it automatically sent me to a call center or remote worker. My coupon was for $21.99, I ordered exactly what was on the coupon. She told me my order would be $41 plus some change. I asked how could that be right if my coupon was for $21.99? 3x she put me on hold. I just received the coupon in the mail this week so I guess her computer wasn’t updated on her end. She finally came back and said, “I can give you a 15% off coupon which is better than yours and it will be $36.89. Will this work for you?” I tried to explain to her that the tax is only $2.20 without the delivery fee. Again, she was like hold on please let me check. I asked if there was a local number and she did not answer me. I finally just hung up the phone after 11 minutes. I have always loved Papa John’s Pizza, but this experience was really frustrating. I have an autistic child that only eats the cheese breed as she calls it her cheese pizza. Since COVID though it never has much cheese on it.... we pay more now for food yet always get less and if u want what u use to get u have to pay more to get the right amount of cheese like it once was. Smh just sad. And I had to have our order fix a few times and the lady was kind of rude well yes RUDE! This time some of it was under cooked but I'm not even going to bother calling them cause I don't want to deal with rudeness. Read moreI would not recommend this place for big parties or board meetings. I ordered 11 pizzas for a work related event, paid for over the phone, and asked to have them delivered at a certain time. During that conversation with the employee I was hung up on after asking. The pizza was delivered not only 45 minutes early but with no sauces. When I called them back to tell them the pizza was delivered too early they said "sorry I was trying to please you" and hung up on me again. The level of professionalism and customer service courtesy is 0 to none. Although I understand the effort of delivering early, sometimes thats not always best.
