This is regarding the cashiers that have done my Amazon returns the last 3 times. They honestly act like I am such a bother. Stone faces, like they are filled with botox, no pleasantries, no thank you when I'm done...I felt like an inconvenience. As soon as I get to the counter they ask dumb questions after I greet them with a smile and a " Hi I just have some amazon returns" they ask something like How many do you have, I need the codes. Really? How about an little smile and greeting? Believe me I know how to provide great customer service...did it for decades. We all have stuff going on in our lives but the customers have nothing to do with it ... leave your bad attitudes at the door and fake it till you make it! People either do not care about providing good customer service or are just ignorant about it. The girls that worked the returns when it was upstairs were all great and friendly and I dont know what happened but I have not seen any of them since it moved downstairs. Read moreI signed up for a Kohls card before the holidays and they sent it to the wrong address. Outsourced CSR refused to give me info so I could pay my bill on time. Fortunately I had a store CSR call in and get my info for me so I could pay the bill. I got address updated but still no card or bill. No email nothing. The outsourced CSR are horrible and they are the reason I stopped shopping at Kohls years ago! I recently went into this location to pay my bill. At the checkout they could not pull up my account. Mgr just wanted to argue! Yikes! Went to customer service and asked for a store manager. She called for me because the outsourced CSR refuse to help! She is my only resort. Got my balance but no account number or CC # so I can pay the bill. She told me I can get the info on my credit report. YES SHE SAID THAT! This is why Kohls is going out of business. Read moreIt is always a pleasure shopping at Kohl's! I had a misunderstanding on my Kohl's card bill. As I am unable to use my phone except for texting due to deafness, I went up to the store nearby here in Fort Walton Beach. I went up to the credit department and I was blessed to be helped by Shannon, who, it turns out, is the store manager. She got on the phone for me with my expressed permission. She was great assisting me to solve this issue and was so cheerful and helpful about doing so. I was dreading having to try to solve this, but it was so much easier with Shannon's help.
