Rent-A-Center — Local services in Fort Walton Beach

The store manager here at the fort Walton beach location is horrible (I believe his name was either Sean or John). He’s extremely unprofessional and rude. They sent ONE employee to take down the washer and dryer from our steep and narrow 17 flight stairs. He ended up damaging our wall and when we spoke to claims about this, he said that the store manager told him “he didn’t believe us”. We sent in all the info we needed and after a certain point we ended just filing through our own insurance. The experience we had with that stores manager was extremely off putting. Brandy Shawn and whoever else works at this location needs some training! Brandy makes customers believe she is helping when she is lying and the store manager does NOT honor the lies nor give a care about customers!
