Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

We pulled in at 805, and online stated they closed at 9. Open sign still on. The door is locked. We called, but there was no answer. I even took pictures to show what time we had called with no answer. My daughter says, "Try drive threw," we did. Sat for about 4 minutes at the window since the speaker stated it was broken. The dark-haired girl was friendly enough, BUT the blonde that handed us our 2 Acai bowls literally gave us the bag, I said thank you, she glared at us and SLAMMED the window shut. I've never seen such a horrid attitude!! I would understand being a tad upset if they closed in like 10 or 15mins, but we were there almost an hr before! 1st time coming to this establishment and DEFINITELY the LAST!! We visit our grandparents down here 3x a year, and my daughter loves the Acai bowls we thought we'd try this place. Never again, or at least we will go to the other one across town. That employee needs an attitude adjustment, as I can only imagine the customers she has run off!!! We would have been here every day for my daughters breakfast (she bought 2 just so she'd have one for...

I went through drive thru. I was then told to park in front to wait on my chicken salad sandwich. I waited 10 minutes in my car . I went inside and the 2 people who were working there did not even noticed that I had come inside. In the meantime 4 others customers that were after me me, were served there orders. One employee said there is a one waiting for her order. They did not even notice that I had come inside. I told them that I was the customer still waiting. In about 5 minutes I was finally served my food by an employee who said "I put some coupons in the bag.". I said "what no sorry for the wait? No apologies?" The sandwich was supposed to be toasted and was only gently warm and soggy. I normally order their smoothies and I enjoy those. But their other food and customer service really rates on a very low scale with me. SMOOTHIES rate 5s and CUSTOMER SERVICE rates0s....

If I could give negative stars on this establishment I absolutely would. We leave a football game and my son just wanted a cold smoothie after his game. We pull up to this drive thru with ZERO vehicles, not only none in the drive thru but none at all. We waited about a minute, then started saying hello. NO answer, none and the employees inside seen us without a doubt. A car pulls in behind us, so after three minutes we pull around and attempt to go inside. Doors locked and we were motioned to that we needed to use the drive thru, AGAIN. We pull around and NOTHING. Maybe you need a code word because the other vehicle received service. For the second time as we pull off from the drive thru we watch the employees just stand there and watch us drive off. Just ridiculous. And I absolutely 1000% understand the service industry and how hard restaurants are suffering but they did...
