DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! The prices may seem reasonable but I promise you, you will save more money making a purchase with a more reputable company. I purchased a king sized mattress set with box spring and some bar stools. The first thing that seemed a little off that made me leery was that the woman in the store was almost too pushy. Telling us "we needed to get the mattress now! No one else could beat their prices and as soon as the delivery truck comes the military guys purchase the mattresses right away and there would be none left." She even went to the extent to tell us that we had until the next day by 12 pm to place an order. Even though I felt she was too pushy and bent our arms it was a good deal. We paid, walked out the door feeling like we made a good decision... boy was I wrong. Time passed and we heard nothing from this woman. After placing several calls to the store with no answer my fiance and I decided to go back to the store to check the status of our order. I asked the lady (same saleswoman) about our order and why we never received a phone call; she said she called us, no one answered and she just didn't leave a message (I've never made a purchase to a company, had a scheduled delivery, and them not call to confirm the delivery, NEVER). Second she tells me that our bar stools were on back-order and she had no idea when they would be ready.Therefore, I made her make a phone call to see when the availability would be. After telling me it would be another 3 weeks I asked for a refund. She tells us that if we paid with a debit card we were unable to get a refund and had to wait one week until the owner returns to bring more checks. I told her to get the owner on the phone and she asks me why should she call the owner and that she was not going to call him. My issue is if I paid you money you need to figure out how you will refund it back and why do I need to wait two more weeks to have my money refunded. A customer walked in and she tried to get me to leave the store so the customer would not know how shady they are. I was furious and would never ever purchase from this store again. You get what you pay for and this place is a prime example of that. Bad customer service, scammers, and greedy individuals who would rather take your hard earned money and offer...

First let me say that I'm not a big writer of reviews. There is so much average out there that I'm not going to comment on someone doing their job. However, when someone goes above and beyond what is expected, and in this case FAR above, then I want to share that with everyone.

Having said that this was THE BEST FURNITURE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I have bought furniture more than a few times over the years, and I can say without fail my experience with Furniture Savings, and in particular Denise, was nothing less than remarkable.

I got a great price, and more importantly a customized personal buying experience. Denise listened to what we were describing in what we wanted, and provided us EXACTLY what we wanted and were looking for AND at a great price. Her energy and dedication to this outcome was just flat out remarkable.

This is in contrast to when I have bought at other stores and it felt like going to a car dealership and getting the hard sell and just being another faceless sale. What was important at those other stores was if I bought something and NOT if I got what I wanted or needed.

We looked all around our area for a comfortable living room set for about 6 months. We couldn't seem to find what we were looking for for the prices we were willing to spend. I have been in Furniture Savings several times and they usually don't have what I'm looking for, so I hadn't been in in a while. When I went by a couple of weeks ago, she had a new set of living room furniture that had just come in. It was exactly what we were looking for! It's very soft and very stylish including wood trim. Denise is great to work with and will give you a discount. She saved us about $600 from what we had picked out at another store in the area. We saved so much that we decided to buy a bedroom set she had on the floor that is gorgeous and high-quality. Since we live so close by, she loaned her right-hand man Lucious to help us move the furniture into our house at no extra charge. He's a nice guy!
