Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

So i really love pizza & little ceasers hot & ready pizza, but everytime i go to visit one of their stores im always greeted with rude employees and unhappy underpaid people, no hot food no good service just bad pizza and i leave. but the other day i was expecting a bad service till i went to this location at little ceasers and one of the young workers malasia was my cashier!! She was so nice and so friendly she made sure that i got my food nice and hot, she made sure i didnt get a bad pizza, her energy is so energetic and she seems so happy to take my order, she also took the time to talk to me when i told her i had lost a family member(which is what im in town for) she helped me get through it! Who knew i would get such amazing service at such a small establishment ,she's one of the best worker that i have ever experienced at little ceasers! I can tell she really cares and she works hard to make sure everyone gets their food even before and after me! And because of her exceptional services i will be giving this place 5 stars! And yes i will tell my friends and family about this location and malasia because i believe she deserves the best! Give that...

Edit: I went here tonight and the crew was awesome! The place was super busy and the guy behind the counter was getting everyone waited on while another fellow called out ready orders one after the other. I had to wait a few minutes, but my food was hot and probably the best pizza I've had in a while. The whole experience was much better than before.

I went here for the 1st time last night and will never go again. I ordered online and showed up at the specified time that my order was to be in the "pizza portal". It wasn't there and the lobby was full. I cleared the lobby twice before anyone even addressed me, despite asking several times about my order. 20 minutes after my order was originally supposed to be ready, a lady brought out 3 pizzas (I ordered 2) and told me one had been burned and had to be remade and then was placed in the wrong area. I went to orders pizza and when I entered and ordered this man sighs ( a rude one) and tells his other employee to make my pizza so I paid for it and I quickly left for 5 mins to the store next door and when I came back it was already locked and I had already paid for my pizza and they knew that I was going next door, then this kind lady came and unlocked the door for us and told him that I had already ordered and he was like “I know” but if he did why did he lock it? He then proceededs to go to the back and starts complaining about how he’s ready to go and talk bad about me? And this was a black and white dude complaining btw. And I came here a few weeks ago and ordered a Hawaiian and supreme pizza and then he tells me no and explains to me that they r separate pizzas like u haven’t said the word “and” and was being disrespectful.
