Got take out... After getting back home, find hair in my rice. Called to tell them, they offered for me to drive back and they would remake it. Needless to say, I'd lost my appetite and asked to have my name wrote down and I'd come back another day. They agreed. I drive back 2 days later and the woman working says she knows nothing about it, I would need to come back again later when the manager was there. So on my THIRD trip back, woman was still there working the front counter...I walked into the establishment and she completely ignores me, however spoke to the cook and I assume told them what I was there for. During which time, she is assembling other people's to go orders and her hair (which is almost waist length) is hanging inside the to go boxes. I point out to the manager, he said "I'll talk to her". They should all have hair nets... Especially hair that long. Disgusting. And if that wasn't bad enough, I order a crab ragoon... He charged me $3. LOL!! Any good business who has a customer that's just been jumping through all those hoops, would have said "we're so sorry for the inconvenience I'm not going to charge you for the crab rangoon please come back and see us". Our household won't ever be back, I'm informing the board of health about the hair nets, and will be telling all my friends personally and via social media. China Express is...

This establishment used to be quite satisfactory, and over the years, I must have spent well over 14,000 dollars on their food. However, since 2020, they have become notably stingy with portions. Additionally, they no longer remove the digestive tract, which is quite unappetizing.

While most of the younger staff are attentive and pleasant, the mother who works there has a notably unpleasant demeanor. If she is experiencing personal issues, she should consider taking a vacation rather than bringing her negative attitude to work. It is incredibly frustrating to be ignored and treated with disdain whenever she is present. Although I strive to be polite, everyone has their limits. I have decided to stop patronizing this place for a few years starting August of this year 2024 because I can no longer tolerate the rude and unnecessary side-eye treatment. It is baffling that she seems to love money but dislikes her customers.

Despite my long-standing support of their business, even though their food is mediocre and bland, I have had enough. I particularly enjoyed their donuts when fresh, as well as the shrimp with lobster sauce and the shrimp fried rice. Nevertheless, there are other establishments in Fort Wayne, slightly more expensive by a mere dollar, where the treatment of customers is vastly superior. Live and...

I ordered off UberEats and got the Kungpao Chicken, Fried Rice, and Spring Rolls. First off that Fried Rice is so bland and has absolutely no flavor. You are much better off getting just the white rice. The kungpao Chicken isn’t that bad, but it has spice and no flavor. It would definitely be very delicious if it had more flavor added to it instead of just the veggies and peanuts thrown in. Oh yeah, anyone that doesn’t like peanuts or is allergic don’t get this. It has LOTS of peanuts in it. The Spring Rolls were VERY disappointed. It has such a bad taste as soon as you put it in your mouth and is so mushy. It has a nasty flavor and mine were not even fresh. The only reason I finished eating it was because for 1. i paid for it on UberEats which makes everything more expensive and 2. the duck sauce made it taste a little better. I’ve eaten here before and i recommend getting only the orange chicken and crab ragoons because it seems to be the only good thing at this place. Also if you order online DO NOT upgrade the drink to a large. It says it’s $1.50 for the drink with a regular size but upgrading to a large charges .50¢ more and you get a PLASTIC bottle of your drink you could’ve bought at the store so you aren’t even getting a large drink like you request.
