We did a party package. $28 per kid, they got pizza, pop, unlimited play for two hours and dipping dots. We got salad bar which is $10 a person age doesn't matter, $10 even for my 1 year old so that was kind of expensive. Salad bar had a couple options but not much. Food they had was good. Pizza crust was tough, I'd recommend stuffed crust. Mgr told me he would make it right with my bill even if it came out of his own pocket, they double charged us. Everyone was pretty nice but felt kinda rushed. They have a schedule to go by for the parties which is nice but rushed and then our waitress started cleaning up our table like half an hour early and we weren't even done and no one used our table after us. Other than that they offer to help with the whole party. We spent $400 for a family of 8 plus the $28 per kid x 11 kids for our food, drinks, party and play bands. Definitely kind of expensive especially for what you get. Our kids loved it though! Said one of their best parties so far.

My kids love this place so much they never want to leave. The new addition of a “time” based game playing setup makes it super affordable. (This can be especially true when you have multiple kids.) Our three gamers play for about 30 minutes for less than $75. Sure, inflation has hit even the point market, but the payouts on tickets have increased as well. We haven’t done a birthday party here for a long time, but we remember Chuck E coming out every hour or so to dance with the kiddos. They have a blast and it’s a good opportunity to grab some photos for the scrapbook. The food isn’t bad, but we usually save some money by eating out before we go out. Although there is a salad bar for the adults that don’t want to go the pizza route. Altogether, the kids get excited to go here. With the phone app, they also push offers to come in throughout the week. Smart move.

This place is clean & they have nice games & rides for the kiddos. However I was disappointed in the fact there is no free play area. In the city we used to live in they had a huge play area with tunnels, etc to crawl up in it. It's a place for the kids to play when they run out of coins. Also being this is a place all for kids their changing table in the women's bathroom was the worst I've ever seen. First of all it blocked people walking by needing to actually go to a stull. Then my daughter kept trying to slide off it while I was changing her. It actually leaned downwards. Please please please move your changing table and make it to actually hold a child while not putting them in danger of sliding off.

We have not gone in 4 years probably. IT IS SOOOO MUCH BETTER than I remember! MUCH more affordable, they have unlimited pay times, with pause time! SO much better on the wallet for us and guilt free fun for the little kids and big kids. play all you want.- they still have the pay amounts if you do not like unlimited time options. The pizza, I expected cheap pizza half nasty. NOPE, IT WAS SO GOOD. LIKE OMG WHATTTT. We get pizza from different places each week, in Fort Wayne ( for years now we have done this), we have tried them all (probably)and literally I can NOT think of any small local or large chain that is better than what we got. It was the best in ages! Blew me away. MAYBE it is bc it was so fresh, and during this pandemic we lost that fresh touch (with less dine in more carryout or delivery) IDK but it was awesome. We did stuffed crust. they did away with most tickets and many of coins, it is all mostly on a card you scan quickly to play and the tickets add up on the card that is reloadable for time or pay price. Pandemic precautions were good but not overbearing either. One of my kids is OCD and a total germaphobic, hates to be around ppl anywhere(since covid especially). They were comfortable to play in public for the first time in a year, they felt safe, and relaxed. We will...

I HAVE NEVER, EVER, EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF CARE AND COMFORT AT A CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATION. No caps now I got you in. Literally the best. The crew is the best I’ve ever seen in a restaurant, let alone a kids establishment. Shennel, Don, Zachariah, Ann Marie and all the others I’m forgetting are so memorable I can recall their names. When we come in they recognize us and treat us like they do everyone else; like royalty. Always helpful, always kind. The place is always clean which can’t be easy. The salad bar stocked and fresh the equipment clean. Chuck E. Always comes out on the hour. The food is great. I can’t say enough. This is by and far the best environment and customer service around. If the food isn’t your thing I understand but they offer the very best that the franchise has to offer and more. I can’t recommend this enough. The moment you meet Zachariah or Ann Marie or any of the others mentioned you will know why. Shennel makes things amazing at the counter and Don runs the best ship. Love to them all. Working class heroes every...
